I prefer Ashtanga yoga to other forms as it is never a dull moment - always moving through the postures with the breath. Owner and teacher Angelika knows her yoga and while her directness takes some getting used to, you will definitely get to know the postures (and even their names) in the various series.
Despite experiencing other yoga studios, I haven't attained the same sense of inward calmness as I did in the classes here. I was also taught a posture and breathing technique to help fall asleep (which I still practice sometimes when I have insomnia)! read more
