This is a large studio that has classes at least 5 times a day. They keep an updated schedule online. There are a lot of instructors so you will have to find your favorite and give other instructors a shot if you're unhappy with your first experience. I LOVE SUZY. She is amazing. You will definitely love her. The other instructors are pretty unfriendly, but that shouldn't deter you because the classes are fine.
You can rent a mat for $2 and a towel for an additional $2. Unlike other places I've been, lots of students do this so it feels very acceptable.
If you're a beginner considering trying this place, there are a few things you should know: (1) There is a first-time Bikram student in every class without fail, so you will not feel alone at being a newb. I've never been in classes with so many beginners, and it was comforting as I don't know what I'm doing. (2) The classes are huge, so you will get less firsthand attention than you will at other studios. After doing it for a couple weeks, I was frustrated at how little they were helping out first timers with really important and obvious adjustments. You might find this lack of attention frustrating. (3) There is a 10 day pass for $20. It's a steal, so you should try Bikram out here to see if you like this style of yoga in general. read more
