Poor communication from the top down. I spoke with Justen in late October 2024 regarding some…read moremotor work on an 82 F100 and was given a quote. At that time, I paid my $278 deposit to get on the wait list and was told, by Justen, that it wouldn't be a problem getting me in before the end of the year. I was assured that communication was key for S&S and I would be updated every step of the way. I reached back out to Lori mid-November and was told that they would reach back out to me to schedule a day to bring my vehicle in after Thanksgiving. It has now been 3 months without hearing a word from anyone at S&S until I reached back out in late February 2025. I requested a deposit refund as no work has been done by S&S at this time- and note that they do not have the vehicle in their possession- or any real time frame of when they will request to have it brought in. Justen reached out to me on 2/21 and basically said sorry- we WILL NOT refund your deposit even though no work or diagnoses has been done to my vehicle. So in my opinion they basically take your deposit money, blow you off, then say "No- we do not refund deposits"- even though its not affecting their schedule and they leave you in a "waiting" mode with no communication. Horrible customer service!!
