I had an amazing experience at Cole Automotive. I had a very minor rear end incident which caused…read moreless than $600 damage to my bumper. I decided to use Cole Automotive based on multiple recommendations posted to our local area Facebook group. Although this place in Forney was quite a trek for me (living in Rockwall), I'm glad I made the drive. They were great! I worked with David and we booked an appointment for to drop off my car the following week and said they would do their best to have it ready for me in 3 days (which was the maximum amount of time the insurance company was going to allow for a rental car). Sure enough, they had it ready for me to pick up 3 days later and it looked great. Not only that, but I had a small area on the side of my car with scratches from a prior incident and they were able to buff it out for me to where it's hardly even noticeable (saving me a $900 repair job), and they were so amazingly awesome that they didn't even charge me extra for it! They even offered to drive me over to the rental car company if I needed a way to get there. These folks were awesome and did a great job and delivered excellent customer service. It was definitely worth the drive. No one ever wants to have to find themselves in a situation where you have to take your car to a body shop, but if you do, I recommend going to Cole's and ask for David.
