Spoke with Greg, who was very helpful and accommodating. Even though I wasn't in a rush, Greg showed up in under 24 hours, pumped my tank and was even kind enough to explain the whole process to me and give me tips on proper aerobic system care and preventative maintenance. The whole operation took less than an hour. Local to Parker County TX but they service all surrounding areas. Extremely satisfied with the customer service from Complete Septic and Sanitation Service and will be calling them again in 3 to 5 years when my tank needs to be pumped once more. Excellent job!

He replied "I'm in Colorado, I'm trying to reach my service man but service is very poor.". That was the last I heard from him. I even offered to contact the technician myself if he provided the number. No response. July 15. I have sent numerous emails, left phone messages (that now go directly to voice mail) and many texts all to which there have been no replies since the "Colorado" text.
