The staff are incredibly well informed and helpful - "going the extra mile" would be an understatement here. Prices are competitive and the friendly and knowledgeable service has me always recommending them without hesitation. Today Saia assisted me with an issue I wasn't entirely sure how to resolve - he understood right away what it was that I needed, then spent a considerable amount of time finding just the right tool and then even completed the job for me - all the while being so personable and kind that I think he may have just restored my faith in humanity completely. Usually I send my car into Continental car services and get them to sort everything out for me and boy do I pay the price! Here my boyfriend purchased some new brake hoses and bushings for his car and the prices were very competitive in comparison. The good thing about BNT is that they have a lot of locations all around Auckland so if the store you go into doesn't stock the particular item you are looking for they will usually be able to order it in and quickly too. The bushings arrived in under a week and they called when they had arrived which I thought was good service. The people here are very friendly and knowledgable when it comes to the parts they supply.

Wow, where do I begin with these cowboys! I had a door stuck on lock, a fairly easy and straight…read moreforward fix. So after 4 days they told me they couldn't fix it. So I go to pick up my car but Ronald wants to be paid 5 hours labour or he wont release the car! Q: why should I pay if the car isn't fixed? So after 30 mins of arguing I notice several areas that have been damaged by Ronald and his bandits! 1 Ext chrome trim bend beyond repair 2 Scratches around int/ext door handles 3 Int panel damaged and covered in grease 4 Window tint has also been damaged 5 Ext plastic trim scratched up So I show him this 'ok, just take the car'......Thanks Ronald Kumar, I now have 6 problems with my car instead of 1 DONT accept a job if you have no idea what you're doing!!!

Being black, it shows every scratch! "Supercheap Auto" has everything including car mats, portable vacuums, car batteries, grooming products etc! When I went to pay, 'Rua' was very efficient and friendly, also explained the benefits of having their loyalty card, competitive pricing and lots more. I will bookmark and go there from now on!

When I came back to the store, the thingee packet already opened, the guys had no problem refunding it and helping me find the correct thingee. Yes, I have no idea what the thing I was buying was. The other time I came here I needed new battery connector thingees for my battery (I know what that is), and the current ones on my battery were screwed on so tightly I needed help getting them off. No problem. The guys came out to my car, with tools, unscrewed the current connectors and put the new ones that I had just bought on, no worries. Great service.

My parents have always taken their cars to Daads Automative as they always get fixed on time…read more Nobody likes a mechanic who has your car for more than a week, it is so unprofessional. I once went with my dad to daad automotive to have a wof for the car. We got there and one of the mechanics took the car and went with it to their other testing stations and when he came back everything was done. We only waited for about 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes we sat with the owner and he talked to us. It was great service and I recommend everyone to head on there for their car to be serviced.
