They clearly enjoy scouting objects for their store. The variety of home decor items is definitely worth browsing. I didn't know that I needed a door knocker until I saw this one. And it was very reasonably priced, too. A great place to spend a half hour or so, if you're in Cold Spring.

I was immediately drawn in by the outside flower decor that thanks to this non profit organization, gives work to women. This boutique shop is intentional and every single piece here is presented with a meaning. From the moment you walk in, you feel drawn. It's cozy, homey and you're guaranteed to find a gift for someone or even gift yourself something from this amazing place. The owner was even so kind to give me a further backstory on the candles I purchased made by an amazing, energetic, great grandmother, right in the Catskills, out of high quality beeswax. It was an absolute honor to come into this shop and feel like I left with a memory. A meaning that will increase value on my every day lifestyle. Walking into the store immediately it's clear that the owners are artists themselves with a discerning eye for colors, textures, and design compositions. They sell a variety of art supplies and stationary and also hold art classes. The product displays included not only the products themselves but also samples of art that could be created with them. Mini pages of dabbled watercolors lent an air of inspiration with their translucent ombré tones. Dried flowers and twigs, bright warm-shades of fall leaves brought nature into the store and made prime still life subject matter. You could tell the owners put a lot of creative energy and passion into this space. Though I didn't have much direct interaction with the staff, I overheard them helping other customers and providing recommendations. Definitely recommend stopping by in Cold Spring.

However, they also have Vintage Sodas that you can make into an ice cream float! So cool! Unfortunately I had just eaten fro-yo, otherwise I definitely would've indulged in an old school coke float. They have a lot of options and it's self serve. The soda float bar is exactly what you'd see in a 1950s movie - vintage and beyond adorable. I spoke with the owner who was super nice and friendly.
