It took me over a year to convince my Mom to make time to get reiki, now she sees the benefits and goes every 2 weeks and has also convinced her siblings and friends who are equally pleased. Many of the center patrons bring family and friends and I was also originally introduced to the center by one of my dear friends from college. Some other services I enjoy are reflexology and hypnosis. They are both very relaxing but meet very different goals of mine. Pure also has very reasonable prices. I moved to California a couple of months ago and am struggling to find a place that has half the offerings of Pure, whenever I come back to Baltimore which is often I like to schedule a half day of services at Pure Integrated Health .
