Multiple times now we have called at 6:00 a.m. and they have not been., sometimes until as late as 7 am. They've also changed the price 3 times now, we were first told that it was $9, the next time it was $11, and then $10. That's without any extra stops. If you're going to own the business you should not list your business hours as one thing and then continuing to open at a later time. Especially when it's transportation company, people depend on these kinds of companies to get them to important places on time, like work for instance. That's pretty horrible business practice.
