I gave him a time line and he helped me every step of the way, not even exaggerating, very respectful and understanding! The complex looks awesome to, has everything you need and isn't to far from Fort Dix base. I would highly suggest this location for any active duty military or just everyone in general, this place and the people here are awesome! Excellent customer service!

We love our 1BR and 1BA apartment and have made it home. Though, there are several improvements based on our 2-year experience: 1. Marijuana smell in our common area/apartment is absolutely atrocious. We shouldn't be paying more than $2,000 a month for a 'smoke-free' community when this has been a weekly occurrence for almost 2-years. We have (3) air fresheners in our apartment to mitigate the smell and often times they're not enough - this is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP. Unfortunately, signs are not working in the apartment building. 2. The parking lots are extremely dangerous. For instance, neighbors fly in and out of the complex and often blow stop signs - I was almost hit once while driving into the complex due to neglect of the stop signs. Kids are playing in the parking lot and have been racing around on motorized scooters and or throwing rocks at or near vehicles. I've mentioned this several times but it comes down to parents actively watching their children. We resigned our lease because at the end of the day this is our home but I'm disappointed with our living experience and truly wish our neighbors would be more considerate. I'm just putting this out for awareness because I don't think all the reviews accurately describe the living experience here. Again, thank you to the team, we appreciate you working with us through these unfortunate circumstances.

The place is very old nothings been upgraded despite all the constant work. Ac breaks and they tell you its fixed and its not. Electric bill went up and i was not compensated. Mold. Roaches. Silverfish. Cricket infestations. Windows, walls, and doors have no sound barrier. You'll be able to hear car doors shutting, people outside talking. Management SUCKS they are bad people.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained (1BR 1 bath + Den). What made my stay great was Mrs. Mary Martin (Apartment Manager). Thanksgiving Day I returned home to their surround sound Stereo or TV on full blast until 7:30 am the next morning. They are the Holy Trinity of Caretaking at the facility. Any problem you have, a drain leak or dripping faucet they will be there! A great, friendly team that takes their work seriously! Then there is the office staff comprised of Tori, Kera and the team. So friendly and knowledgeable! Frequent updates by email are welcomed to keep all tenants informed. They are the best! The unit is fantastic. Granite countertops with deep kitchen sink. Washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of hot water with the best pressure in the state! The heating system is hot water/forced air! Unusual for any structure in the area. Very efficient! We are lucky to have New a/c. Parking is first come first served. So far it is working well. Its just a real nice place! And close to 295 and Rt 38. Plenty of amenities and restaurants in the area. Forgot to mention the community pool and picnic area. Wow. And the 24/7 workout gym with nice equipment and TV!

I have had an ongoing plumbing issue in my unit since the first work order submitted on 4/11/22.The area of my master bathroom shower ceiling was leaking . Since this started I have been unable to use my master bathroom, especially with an open hole with exposed pipes & insulation hanging down . I have been reasonably patient & submitted numerous work orders hoping it would finally get fixed.But unfortunately after each time the plumber stated it was fixed, it started leaking that same night when the above unit used their shower . Then today I came home & the door to the balcony was unlocked, now I'm scared because I do not know who was in my unit?? .So when I turn on my faucets to wash my hands I HAVE NO WATER ! I went to my master bathroom and they sealed the hole in the ceiling (it was still leaking last night) .I did not authorize anyone to come into my unit . Actually I emailed the business manager, stating "I will contact you later , I do not want anyone in my unit" There was No Paperwork left, letting me know who was in my unit & what was done ! Now I have to put in an emergency work order to see why I have no water .So I also called the emergency line & the supervisor, always respectful & nice arrived promptly. Well it was turned off no idea why the water was turned off , since the leak was from the above unit.Still unresolved ......
