But simliar to other Winners locations (where we were prior to coming here). The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the service at the cash tonight. There was one girl cleaning up (who could have helped with the long line up) and one person at cash. Although he was friendly, he kept flirting/chatting with her and it was clearly distracting him from his job! One of my pet peeves and so unprofessional. He also forgot to remove my security tag, I guess because he wasn't focused. They close at 7pm on Saturdays.

This location is a good size and similar to most of the other Winners locations…read more The selection of items at this location is usually pretty good, you can usually find a phone charger in the electronics section which is what I seem to always end up at Winners for, I may have a phone charger problem, lol You will also find empty boxes as well from shoplifters so make sure the actual product is in the box before paying for an empty box. The service is always slow and never enough cashiers open, which makes me sometimes just leave my items behind as I don't need them that bad. You need time and patience when shopping here.

I often browse through as it's right next door to my gym. Though the clothes are trendy/for a younger crowd, I do like a few of their basics (essential wear ) . What stops me for being a loyal customer is the rude sales reps that I often deal with . For example I asked one worker this past weekend if there was a garbage bin that I could throw a paper bag in and she gave me a cold death stare ... The following day day after purchasing something I went back to exchange the item and the cashier acted as if I were asking her to climb Mount Everest . After huffing and puffing she carried out the simple exchange. I often get compliments on the items I wear from Ardene but I probably won't be shopping here in the near future .

The same 60 ml bottle of serum went from 7.99 to 9.99. At College Park it was 12.99 when I went before 2022. I wonder if the downtown Winner's at College Park is even more expensive than this location. The clothing racks are also usually neat compared to the downtown locations. One thing, I wish this location would do is make some of their sections larger. But I'm biased, I admit. I My main focus for shopping here is the cheaper prices for natural skincare & bags. LOL. I don't shop for clothing or shoes at Winner's as I don't have the patience to go through the racks most of the time. I will say though, that the line up goes quickly at this location as it usually isn't crazy busy. The people at the cashier are always nice too.
