I've been in a few times since it's opened and I've never been disappointed. I happened by here today with one of my friends so we could check out the sales. I have to say, I was even more impressed than usual. Service is always great, but even with a store crowded with throngs of bargain hunters, we both received excellent service. The salespeople were extremely helpful despite the crowd. Whenever a store has a sale on, I always feel like I'm going to end up picking through the remnant pieces of clothing that no one else wants, however, today, that was not the case...the sale prices were amazing and the selection was ridiculous. We had a great time shopping and literally had to stop ourselves from buying more than we did. Overall, they carry a great selection of office attire, and great weekend attire as well. Will definitely be going back...there's a reason this place is one of my favourite shopping spots.

I thought I'd give it a shot and see if they'd be nice enough to accommodate me. The manager I spoke to certainly didn't look too pleased that I was exchanging an item instead of purchasing something, however, she made an exception and allowed me to exchange the shirt for the current selling price ($25 dollars less than original value). I quickly picked out something and paid $8 more. Another sales person helped me at the cashier who was friendlier than the Manager. She wrapped the new shirt up nicely and apologized they couldn't do something more. Overall, a pleasant experience at Ann Taylor where you'll receive A-OK service!

If I was going somewhere fancy for New Year's Eve, I would buy a fancy dress from here. They've got…read moreplenty. On sale. They also have really cute shoes and coats that would match my ensemble. The store is very chic and expensive, and yet the staff are very down-to-earth, which makes me feel suspicious and yet, good about my shopping experience. HOWEVER, I did drop them down a whole star because I slipped pretty crazily when I entered the store because there was a massive puddle of wet slushy snow. You have to clean that up people! What if I had been wearing something worth ruining?

They have super cute vintage dresses that I was particular taken with and still love to look at (even though during covid my preferred outfit is sweats). I got so many compliments on dresses I bought from that store, whether I wore their stuff socially or at work. Actually it kind of made me feel like I was one of those glamorous women in Mad Men. I'll always have a soft spot for this place - highly recommend if you're into vintage, pretty dresses. Most of that part of Queen Street has great vintage finds.

There were more adorable earrings, purses, and clothes than I could fathom. My friend and I wandered the store for nearly an hour alternately exclaiming, "cute!" with mouth agape or chatting up the staff. As Erin H mentions, each showcased artist/designer works onsite once a week. The only downside to this is if inquiring minds have questions about something other than the artist du jour personally made, there won't be any answers. And as a person with some hard core metal allergies, I won't buy jewelry unless I am certain that it doesn't contain anything that will make my earlobes swell. However, I was lucky to encounter the artist who crafted the earrings that fell in love with and so, got to take them home with me (and support the local arts). Plus, I was able to be a helper that day (I love being of assistance). As the resident artist handed me a credit card receipt, I was able to pass along this little tip: legal colors only please! I passed on the pink pen handed to me and instead signed with a my own, handy blue plume. For, although I wasn't planning on contesting the charges, anyone could attempt to do so and without either a customer's blue or black ink signature on file, the store might end up "out" some fundage.

Sales would go down hill. I recommend Sr. Management to review all video surveillance inside the store in Dec 26, 2024 between 1pm- 2 pm. Over five years ago, I decided to change my eating and lifestyle habits. I lost sixty pounds and have kept it off, which is a challenge being a foodie! Anyway, shopping for anything at Gap is no longer an issue. I shop here often. My size remains constant here. It's nice being in a holding pattern! I also get great clothes at discount prices. I have a navy blue skirt that has light pink stripes going down it. It has pockets, which are both practical and cute. I got this skirt for $10 and continue to wear it. It's one of my favourite pieces. I rarely shop at regular Gap stores. I am always at an outlet store. This one is at Heartland. It can get busy. However, there are plenty of parking spaces. The change rooms are bright and clean. I never feel pressured to try everything on quickly. The lineups can be long, but I am patient. Staff are friendly. I can't complain. (14)

I did love some of the bras - they were just unique and sexy and just beautiful. And expensive....one bra I really loved was $88. I just couldn't justify it. I didn't see one bra that had any padding - mostly all sheer which is unfortunate because if you aren't blessed in the chest department I don't think they would look as well as compared to someone who could fill it out. Go outside and then upstairs is where the clothing is. Located on 2 levels it of course has the feel of Anthropologie and similar pricing. This week they have 30% off their sale items. Some jewelry, shoes but mostly clothes I wasn't that impressed by the clothing. I more so loved the lingerie. If you have any sexy time coming up (Valentines Day??!) and just want something that makes you feel lovely then definitely check out their bras.
