I had selected the option to have the items shipped to the store. I received a message telling me my items would be delivered today (Dec. 6th, 2022). I called the store to see if it was in and was told my items weren't there and weren't in transit. Checked tracking again and it said my order had been returned to sender. Called the customer service number in the email which routed me to the U.S. I was told when I clicked to have it sent to the store they sent it to a location the store hasn't been in for about a year. They refused to re-send the order even though I didn't receive it and they have Canada Post info. stating it was being returned. They stated it would take up to 5 business days to refund my credit card. Until I get the refund I can't afford to re-order. So, my grandaughter won't have her snowsuit in time for Christmas because I won't have it in time to mail it to her. I am not going to re-order from them or ever order from them again. They get the address of their own store wrong and won't fix it. I am left inconvenienced. I let the local store know also, but they too don't seem to care. I was a good customer. Bought a snowsuit ever year and bought throughout the year for my grandaughter and baby gifts for various people. I spent a lot of money in their store and on line. No more.

** 3.5 stars **…read more Similar to Children's Place, this is one of the kid stores that has a big box feel and an explosion of crayon colours all over the clothes. Unlike Children's place, the price point is notably higher but also the quality is a bit better. The store is split into two, Carters and OshKosh. Carters is for the infants and toddlers and the OshKosh brand is more for kids up to age 14. It's hard to imagine 'kids' sized 14 though trying to wear these neon pairings with cute kittens or alligators on them. I came here often to buy the white basic onesies for baby showers as they often had friends and family deals each season. It was great because it's one of the few places that actually had real sizing. Other places like baby gap or obaibi had great phenomenal clothes but sometimes you need basics that aren't high end as spit up is bound to happen every 2 hours. You don't need soft egyptian cotton for that type of wear (and bleaching) or at the price point of $15 per onesie. Here, you can get true to size, decent quality (aka not scratchy or too thin), and affordable baby clothes. As for the OshKosh, the prices jump up and it's harder to shop here as the colour scheme and over the top cuteness makes me believe they butchered a bunch of Care Bears to create these clothes. Perhaps it doesn't appeal to my sense of fashion but the colour combinations (Yellow and purple shirts? fuschia tops with orange flowers with a dose of lime green petals?) also make any kid say 'NO' quite forceably. The service here is haphazard. Once in a while you'll find a great associate who knows all the answer and can run the cashier at lightening speeds... but that's only once in a while. Most of the time you're drumming your fingers as the two associates take at least 5 to 7 minutes per customer at the cash.

I walked into a small crowded space, which was dominated by a group of children doing crafts. I assume it was a birthday party. As I entered, the adults on the premises looked at me like I had two heads. Feeling like I had done something wrong, I said "I'm sorry, is the store open?" You would think that this is where someone in charge would realize they should have locked the door and put a sign up about the private party, and then apologize to the unwitting would be customer. Nope! One of the adults rolled her eyes at me and said "I suppose it's not." I think this may have been the parent hosting the party, but it's possible it was someone linked to the store. Then a person who I can only guess was an employee of the store said "no, take an envelope!" There were several unmarked envelopes on the door. Perhaps they contain the secret instructions required to infiltrate this establishment, something like bringing a quail's egg under the light of the waxing moon or saying a secret password. Because, I can attest that walking in the door during the store's hours of operation doesn't get you very far. I can't speak to the goods there, because I doubt I'll rouse enough nerve to try to enter here again.

The management is hypocritical, discriminatory,…read morepicks favourites, were EXTREMELY disrespectful to myself and my family members on multiple occasions, aren't all on the same page - ever, and they will do anything for money, even if that jeopardizes the mental health of their very own staff. They also expect their workers to do an unfair amount of work for minimum wage. Theft and prevention, store cleanliness, PERFECT customer service, up selling, and adapting to the many technical issues they face year round is just a small glimpse of what is expected from a part-time worker. The only good things that came out of my entire year and five months that I worked there was the few friends I managed to make (which was nearly impossible due to the high turnover rate) the staff couldn't brainwash who were actually pretty solid, and a free green water bottle they gave me as a prize during Christmas time. (Their Christmas bonuses are convoluted and are only accessible to you if you are one of the few full timers they've had on staff for years or they decide they like you enough to give you enough hours to easily achieve this goal). Save yourself the trouble and work anywhere else. And if you care about the morality of where you spend your money? Do not shop here. The place is also extremely dusty and their clothes aren't nice enough for how much they charge customers (nearly everything that has any amount of cotton in it shrinks two sizes). This is by far the worst location in this area. There is so much more I can say too, but I don't have all day to sit on my phone and type.

My rating is 3.5 stars…read more I like Gap and Old Navy. A lot of my wardrobe features pieces from these two stores. For a while now, I tend to shop at their outlet stores. It feels good to save money and get better deals than at their regular stores. My friend and I wandered over to Heartland Town Centre. We were originally at Vaughan Mills, but we couldn't find a parking spot. It reinforced the fact that I tend to avoid this mall like the plague on weekends. We saw this Old Navy outlet and decided to go in. My friend was looking for ankle socks. This store is huge. There were plenty of discounts. I enjoyed the summer themes that I saw. Watermelon and banana flip flops? Yes! Dress shirts with small pineapples on them? So cute! Ankle socks with sushi pieces everywhere? OMG, I am going to die swimming in all this adorableness! My friend got used to my looking at my e-mail to see whether there were discount codes that we could use at the checkout counter. I recommend signing up to be a part of Old Navy's mailing list. We got a 20% discount on our entire order. She thought that you could only get that discount online. Nope. Say your discount code loud and proud to your cashier. Feel good about saving even more than you had anticipated! It was busy at the store. However, there were plenty of cashiers. The line moved at a decent pace. Our cashier was competent and friendly. I nabbed a pretty decent parking spot in front of the store. Although it does get chaotic at times at Heartland, we got there at on Saturday 4 pm and left when most stores were shutting down at 7 pm. It wasn't all that bad. I like this store. It's not too far away from work for me. I'll be back! (214)

(Leggings under $25 and tank tops ranging from $12 to under $20). I didn't have any luck with sports apparel at this location. The pair of NIke leggings I found was $42.00 which is too much for Nordstrom Rack. My friend found a pair of MiuMiu sunglasses for $99.97 but was scratched on both lens. They had a large selection of NEST diffusers and candles for half price from the standard retail price. I didn't see any nice clothes or great deals that interested me. The winner for this trip was the athletic shoes selection! They had a nice selection of past season Nike shoes available in my size. My friend picked up a pair of airmax verona for $59.97 that's currently on sale at the Bay for $136 (regular price $170). As for me, I picked up a pair of superrep for HIIT that I've been eyeing for awhile. It retails for $160 and I got it for $89.97. If you're like me and somewhat into sneakers but don't want to pay retail and don't want super old models or outlet styles from the outlet, it's worth swinging!

Unfortunately this location really doesn't have much to offer. Not much selection in shoes, clothing, make up, jewelry, bags nor home stuff. The best designer handbag I have seen here is a Valentino. No designer cross-bodies I have seen yet-I still feel Off Saks has a much better handbag and sun glass selection. I have bought some really nice shoes from NR in the past but this location never has any variety. As far as the location goes it very central.Lots of parking but it can get busy since they are located in a pretty busy plaza. The staff is helpful. I know they have another location in Vaughan mall I'm definitely going to check them out as well to see if they have something exciting to offer since I really really used to enjoy shopping here when I lived in the US and I'm not giving up this soon LOL!!
