The doctor was the worst . Was almost done with my exam when my baby woke up crying due to staff being extra loud laughing all extra. When I get up of the chair to try to calm my baby, the doctor got out of the room and said that "he couldn't do this" to reschedule my appointment to when I had someone to help me with my baby. He didn't even gavee a couple minutes or nothing was so rude . read more

My mom is a patient at this clinic and has been for many years. She has never complained of the front desk staff, and I have never had an issue with them either. They are helpful and polite when I call. If I ever experience anything different, I will follow up with another review. The only way anyone can do better is if they know they need to do better. read more

Honestly I've been going here for a while and I'm really tired of waiting in the room when the doctors aren't doing anything. I walked pass my doctors office room and she's not doing anything but I have to wait 45 minutes to see her when she's not even busy. It's stressful to know they don't take their job serious, along with that, I'm pregnant and I telling her that I'm having stress at work and that I have pains at the lower area of my stomach and she ignores it. This is possibly the worst treatment I have ever gotten coming from a health care facility. The location is convenient because of how close I am. However Dr. Pham needs her license revoked. The receptionists are always in a mood and mess up frequently. My daughter had complained to me about chest pain and headaches. So I decided to make an appointment. When we were there I explained to Dr. Pham what was going on. She disregarded it and said it could be due to stress and if I was so concerned why didn't I bring her in before? I Immediately shut her down and told her that I made the appointment as soon as my daughter seriously told me what she was feeling. She said I'll do an ekg but there is nothing to be concerned about but I'll still continue with the exam. Turns out that the ekg came out abnormal. Imagine if I would have just been conformant without her nonchalant response. Additionally my other child had another appointment for an ear infection and they cleared her. Dr. Pham suggested to schedule a physical. Which I did. I came back and said I was scheduled for a follow up and not a physical. Doctor Pham yet again said "if I'm interested I can make an appointment for another day". if I'm interested? Of course I am that is why I made an appointment so I can come today before school starts. Advisor this is the only day that I had available before she starts school she said OK but it will take one hour additionally. I decided to leave I will be switching doctors because it is not my fault that they messed up. Worst place ever read more

I honestly love the Dr that my Son has. I have no complaints about her or the MA's that work in the back of the doors, although I do have a complaint in the front desk, the don't greet you as you come in or even acknowledge the fact that your in there. I love Dr. Stewart. She is blunt and tell you things how they are, she does not sugar coat. If you're a sensitive person Dr. Stewart is not for you. Having said that; the wait time is horrible. The dr I see she's the sweetest she hears you out with your concerns and let's you talk when your explaining your symptoms and she is on it but the STAFF ON THE OTHER HAND! a is whole different story I been trying to get thru to my dr with out making an appointment simply due to a side effect I was experiencing with a medication she prescribed and I wasn't sure if I had to go to the er ((WHICH DUE TO COVID I WAS AVOIDING JUST GOING TO BEGIN WITH)) or if the side effect was nothing to worry about just had to stop taking the medication well the medical assistants there for a whole week been taking down my phone and name I have yet to hear From the dr I call again this morning I explain that I really need to speak to her that if I can schedule the soonest available appointment that way I can finally speak to the dr since I have yet to recieve a single phone call they told me the next available appointment was til FEBRUARY 17th mind you normally when ever I have to make an appointment I get scheduled with in 3-5 days NOT WEEKS!!! Brother visited the doctor's office with some hives and he refused to prescribe medication and did not listen to my mother's request to have an allergy test done. Brother arrived home with hives and without medication. He did not complete a thorough job or asked important questions to figure out the cause of the hives. Who refuses to refer someone for an allergy test? He is an incompetent "doctor" and I will be changing my brother's PCP to someone more competent and caring. I agree with Irene A. My doctor is Dr. Tahira Stewart. I'm switching providers like ASAP. Everytime I go in I feel like she talks down to me because I'm in my 20s. I'm 27 and not the stupid little girl she makes me out to be. She doesnt give me a chance to speak and cuts me off CONSTANTLY during my visit. I'd appreciate it if my doc understood the full reason for my visit BEFORE interjecting. I always feel rushed during my visits. I just wish she would listen to understand not to reply. It sucks because the office is clean and quick, but the abrasiveness of my doc really kills it for me. And don't get me started on Dr. Sarria in the obgyn office. This POS tried to diagnose my pregnancy as an molar/anembriotic pregnancy BEFORE running any kind of blood test. I tried telling her twice that I wasn't as far along as she says because my periods can be a bit wonky only for her to disagree and tell me that my baby wasn't there and had no heartbeat. Do you know how devistating that is to first time parents? I am now 6 months pregnant with a very healthy baby boy. Dr. Sarria needs to listen to her patients before speaking. PS. The first time I came here i had no issues with the office, i actually liked it here. Now because of my shitty insurance change i have to pay (no problem) but when you call to confirm my physical and I tell them please check my insurance in advanced dont tell me ok your visit for YOUR PHYSICAL IS 25$ and I get here and the girl said no its $65 plus blood work if needed. No i was told over the phone $25 and I asked many times are you sure only $25 yes. Fuck that never again. Don't tell me I dont know who told you that and they didnt know you were coming in for a physical. This place is horrible. Very unprofessional, we as patients need to wait hours to see a dam provider but if we're late 5 minutes were canceled. Takes at least 15 minutes just to check in and 3 hours to see the provider. Lupe is doing a horrible job in training these people. It should be a in and out visit. Such an unpleasant place. If it wasn't because I'm almost due I would have switch clinics. Only reason I came here was for Ms. Sarria. But unfortunately she left. Hm I wonder why. The wait here is ridiculous I don't understand why they make appointments and take over an hour to take you in! I requested this clinic because my sister recommended it but I feel like I made a wrong choice. My first appointment was at 10 O'clock I made it on time and they took me in 1 and a half later I ended up leaving and didn't get blood work done because they were taking way to long and didn't even have many patients and the the Doctor only saw me for about 10 minutes. I'm back to my second appointment that was scheduled at 8 o'clock I came in at 7:50 AM and I have been waiting for over an hour again! They want us to be here on time to respect people's time but yet they don't respect our time I would be more understanding if the wait was up to 30 minutes but it's always been more than an hour! read more

I had been going to this office for a few years because I thought I had no other choice based on my family's insurance. The waiting time is exceptionally long. To receive any results on your next visit you have to pay a second copay (even simple results that you could easily receive via email or phone). I literally felt like I was a human being on an assembly line. I encountered one doctor who was clearly rushing to the extent that I could hardly voice my concerns/questions. One visit I will never forget, I was actually forgotten about in the back room after being seen by a nurse. I clearly had an appointment which I was also on time for. After waiting in a gown for quite a while I eventually came to find out that the doctor actually left for the day! I found going to an urgent care center to be more beneficial, even for the few extra dollars. Or, I would recommend simply looking for other offices. Of course this place is better than no doctor at all and I had encountered 1 good doctor that did not rush me, so I suppose the 1 star could account for that. read more

I am currently 7 months pregnant and been seeing my OB doctor since I was 8 weeks pregnant, I have had two other pregnancy where I was seen by my OB doctor in Inglewood. I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to switch doctors since I had already had my prenatal care with my OB in Inglewood. I went to my first appointment and waited for quiet some time to be seen it wasn't a pleasent wait. However after my next few appointments I built my relationship with my OB she was very knowledgeable and experienced any questions I had about my health she knew right away. Each time I called in with a concern question she would also take time out of her busy schedule to answer my concerns. Dr Sariria is definitely a great doctor with outstanding knowledge and most importantly great customer service. Not to mention the great staff of nurses behind her who also are here to help. The wait can be overwhelming to others but it was definitely worth it to me. Perhaps it gets busy at times because of her great service I love my doctor and her team. They make me feel welcome and appreciated. read more
