Foster today…read more After getting extremely faint whiffs of propane around the home I recently purchased (others couldn't smell it at all), I finally called today, simply to ask some questions about it. I am financially struggling right now, so I was hesitant to have them come out in case I was imagining it. The smell really was that faint. I spoke to Jared, asked my questions, and he picked up on how stressed out I was about it right away. He was compassionate with my situation, explained the process, what the billing would look like (less than I thought!), and explained how important it is to trust your gut when it comes to propane. So, I had them come out and I'm so glad I did. They found multiple small leaks in the line to my water heater and also discovered that the previous owners used the wrong regulator when they did a DIY conversion from an oil to a propane furnace. The value for the cleaning was excellent. You need sunglasses to look at the house now. The gunk around the a/c drain line is up and drained off into our drainage pipes. The Astbury crew showed up early and went right to work helping me locate the septic tank on my new…read morelake house property. The crew was obviously very experienced and they located the tank carefully and quickly. They then installed concrete risers to set the clean out covers less than a foot from the surface (the tank was down deep because the lot was regraded 3 years ago by the prior owner to build the new lake house.
