I had a recent bout of diverticulitis with a micro perforation!!! I wasn't asking if I had IBS or what probiotics to take. It was a significant illness. Even with the fact of being late, it was beyond my control. They did not care at all. No one talk to me at all except for reception. Find a different provider if you have anything serious going on. Being a medical field I know it's difficult when patients are late and it messes up your schedule. When that happens with a patient I do everything I can to accommodate them and fit them in because you don't know whether there is something extremely serious going on. That is what they are therefore to find out what is wrong with them. Avoided all costs.!!! 1 star just because there is no zero or negative star options. Can't get into another place for a month. That means I will probably end up in the emergency room. In a different setting this would be an incident report that would go to management for delay of care. I cried in the parking lot for 10 minutes and then went to work.
