UNBELIEVABLE!! They sent me glasses that were TOTALLY different RX! HUGE BLUR! This was confirmed by another eye specialist as the office / Optometrist (my primary Dr. sent me there after I had an appt with her for my red eyes that wouldn't go away. ( the redness and irritation began after the Littleton optometrist put eye drops in my eyes) The new optometrist showed the differences and explained what they were. They could not believe the huge difference in what they measured to my actual RX. Littleton Office has sent a check for half the amount of $600 plus. Not cashing it. I sent 2 complaints to my insurance company. Next step is small claims, lawyer, professional licensure for Optometrists. whatever to get the total amount and more for my time and mental stuff from them sending a policeman to my door that night . I had called 3 times after I received the check. No answer. They called the POLICE!!! to give me a no contact order!! Seriously?? They obviously have no idea how to resolve their customer issues.....NB see other review.
