The wait time was quick, she was triaged in just a few minutes and being treated just a few minutes after that. The facility is really clean and everything looks new and well taken care of. My mother had been here two times previously in the past week and sent home with a prescription for pain saying there's nothing wrong with her. Fast-forward one week when she is in excruciating pain and we take her to Geisinger community Hospital in Scranton and they found that she has a broken bone in her spine. They also found she has an infection and a couple other issues that need to be addressed, but we're completely ignored and dismissed by the other hospital. We are considering legal action due to the negligence of the hospital, doctors and staff.
