My friend had just recently brought their PC back into this shop after a $1000+ check up, after…read morecleaning up the abysmal cable management and backwards fan installation that the crew here had done. These people yelled at my friend for cleaning up their mess, and now doesn't even feel like they actually own their own computer. No company should treat their customer base in such a humiliating fashion, especially if they're the only available computer repair shop in the town. What's even more humiliating than the services provided is the fact that this company that repairs computers, doesn't even have a website. Treat your customers better and do a good job, that's what gets repeat happy customers. I'm not asking for an apology from people I know won't give it. I'm telling you guys to get better at doing your jobs and provide the service that you charge for. Since Computer Doctors touched my computer I have lost expensive applications and lost other functionality. Definitely would not recommend this place for a motherboard replacement.
