These people yelled at my friend for cleaning up their mess, and now doesn't even feel like they actually own their own computer. No company should treat their customer base in such a humiliating fashion, especially if they're the only available computer repair shop in the town. What's even more humiliating than the services provided is the fact that this company that repairs computers, doesn't even have a website. Treat your customers better and do a good job, that's what gets repeat happy customers. I'm not asking for an apology from people I know won't give it.
