This is not only the worst delivery service but the absolute worst business in Brantford. The owner is extremely rude, the order that you place with them takes FOREVER and when you finally receive it, it's usually wrong. They will NOT admit to or correct aI have waited as long as 7 hours for a delivery. If you try to ask a question about your order she will either lie and say that they are on the way or just hang up on you. Recently a very large amount of prepaid groceries were never delivered. She then lied and said that she had delivered them and that I was a con artist. There are several great delivery companies in Brantford. If you want reliable, friendly, professional and speedy service then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I called back after an hour and a half of waiting for 1 case of beer; not only could this woman not tell me how much longer it would be or even if our order had been sent out, but instead of answering our question she just hung up. i will not even give the review any points because i was just asking a question to see if they could deliver a certain brand of product and she hung up on me and when i did call back and asked again she flew into a fit and then when i ordered she was still giving me shit, from now on i am going to another delivery service, when you own or work for a company that works for the public they should treat you like gold not like your a hindrance to them because we are the ones putting money in their pockets. read more

This delivery Service is terrible! Today we called Northern to deliver an item Which they did not they said they went to the address but open phoning the store we found out they did not arrive ... We phone back Northern Delivery where a woman answered rudely and said I'm not going back! No reason why? The store said they didn't even show up ... I highly recommend you do NOT use this company. The monster who works dispatch is the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was told "I'm not a priority" Yea great way to run a business! On top of that, they take FOREVER to get your delivery to you.
