I received a bill for laboratory services with out any references of where it took place or who…read moreordered it. I sent them a certified letter requesting detailed information along with a letter from the Veterans Administration explaining for the dates referenced any reimbursement would be thru the VA thru the community services operated by TriWest which is an agency affiliated with the VA. That never responded or answered my certified and just sent another billing statement without explanation
