They don't even have another appointment at the time of my call but refuse to move the service to a 2 hours later. Refused to call me back and all this because it is more convenient for the plumber possibly but could land my child in the hospital or the morgue. That's how serious his health issue is and the service is no longer an emergency so there's no need to come that quickly at 7am. Coming at 9am won't hurt anyone but coming early could be catastrophic for my child because I need to process his medical devices before he can use them. She hung up on me. Called the landlord who told her to come at 7am because hesnlissed at me he couldn't evict me for having an air mattress. So this is all based on retaliation. We have had to get a lawyer specifically for these types of issues because it's so common place to ignore medical needs for no emergency situations that impose a threat in our home because we are tenants instead of owners.
