Not sure who the owners are, but they definitely need to start looking for a new manager. Not helpful and always smells like rubbing alcohol, and seems to always be out of it. When I walk in the store it smells like dog pee, and that was evident when I witnessed their resident dog pee right on the floor. I can definitely find smoke shops with more helpful employees. read more

If you are looking for a trustworthy source for smoking and vaping products, Keep looking. You can not trust this place with your money. They advertise a no return, no exceptions policy. If you buy something that fails, even immediately, They will refuse to help you. I bought a vape pen that failed right out of the box. Went back to the store the first chance I got (7 days later) with a receipt in hand, asking only for an exchange. They turned me away. Not the first time, but it will be the last. I'll never shop there again. I can buy anything and everything this smoke shop has online, for less, and NOT be hassled if something fails I need customer service. Brick-and-Mortar stores shouldn't be wondering why web sales are crushing them if they refuse to do any work for their customers. The biggest reason I shopped here in the first place was that I believe in buying locally. But these guys are the reason buying local is a serious choice. To me, it is unconscionable that a retailer would not exercise every option available to satisfy a customer whose money they took. As a business owner myself, I work tirelessly to ensure my customers get what they pay for. Anyone who can't do the same doesn't deserve to be in business. If this review was strictly based on quality and diversity of glass pieces, I would say 3 stars and call it a night. But the staff makes up for it. Friendly and knowledgable team that I can always enjoy a conversation with. I accidentally bought the wrong stem size one time and the guy offered me two correct stems in exchange for the one I was returning. Was even nicer because I knew he was giving me a good deal and not trying to rip me off. My go-to local smoke shop. Papers inventory is dope by the way. read more

I cannot stress how much I would love to see this place go out of business in a big way. I went to buy a hookah at this place and when I walked in no one even looked my direction (I was the only customer in there). I was kind of surprised by that but approached one of the guys working there who was having a conversation with another associate and asked him for his help and he hesitantly said ok and would be right over and continued his conversation and I had to get him again. He came over and was oh little help in picking a good hookah and was obviously dying to go back to his conversation. I paused from talking for about 10 seconds and he said he would be right back and then he went back to talking to his friend and did not come back. Then a guy with a beard came in and he was way more helpful but forgot to pack the hose and I had to drive back but he gave me free hash and charcoals to compensate so that was good. I went back here to get more hash and it was the same thing, just a couple of doped out fools paying no attention to anyone but their buddies and chatting away so I left and will never return. read more

This goes out to the Enfield location, you have the best most knowledgeable associates there. Especially Chris and Russ they crush it everytime I'm in there and they always have service with a smile I wouldn't have finished my postgrad degree without them and they've saved me from more tight spots then they'll even know. They are such a great team there that I've promised to bring them their favorite beer, I'm a little behind on that but as they say all good things come in time. Every time we walk in there is a friendly greeting and an eagerness to help from the staff, never a hard sell. We bought a vaporizer there last year and they made sure that everything was satisfactory before we left. Additionally, we love the custom pipe selection with reasonable prices (cheaper than the internet in most cases). read more

I wouldn't buy a pack of papers here. I went in thinking to spend $300 plus on a new gaping system and couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge my presence until I walked to an area with the gapes that customers aren't supposed to be in. Only then did I get a "you can't be there". Guess his convo was too important to help a customer. Their loss, I will go out of my way to never step foot in this place again. Employees rude and superior, I'm sure some are great but this is my second bad experience here. read more
