No waste! They also sell the jars here needed to make my balms and salves. Living on Westerly for over 10 years, I must admit that parking downtown does scare me. There's never any spots. Although the handful of times I've decided to go to Herbwise I've gotten extremely lucky with parking right on front. I can't help you out here. I have no good tips or secrets for parking near here. They validate your ticket for parking if you can't get a park on the street, which you usually can't. Customer service is always friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had asked her to order a specific product for me and she would write it down saying that she would, she never did. Finally after checking back four separate times and her never having I gave up and just ordered it in bulk online.
