The professionalism was top notch - they put down pads so the equipment would not damage the lawn, they didn't damage a single tree or bush as they were cutting down large trees and removing a ton of fallen branches. They did a reasonable job of clean up afterward (My husband was there to direct them, otherwise they would have left a huge pile of sawdust remaining from grinding the 12" diameter stump). All in all, the job took them 40 minutes. We had one tree removed to the ground, one bush removed, and one tree trimmed all for $700. We had one quote from a different tree service for less, but we were unable to get a hold them so we went with Frontier Tree Service (Mark Winscher). The rep was all for doing the job right there at the time of the quote, but my husband asked that they come back the next afternoon. They were willing to come back, and were prompt, arriving at the agreed upon time. Their brochure indicates they will accept credit cards, but they did not list that there is a 4.5% to use one. They live in Pierz, MN but come to my area often, as the website reports. This might be the reason for the high pressure sales seeing they are out of the area. They did a good job.

I left a negative review on the HomeAdvisor website under this company. It has not been published, or has been deleted. Completely unreliable and zero integrity.

They also trimmed many tall overgrown trees. One was very close to a power line. His guys were courteous, professionalism fast!! After talking to this business owner; he basically told me there was nothing he could do and took no responsibility for his actions. Told me I should contact my neighbor because she is the one who told him to cut the trees. Beware if you or your neighbors contract with this guy.
