They were in our neighborhood doing work for our village. Knocked on our door looking for side…read morejobs. We hired them to pull out some hedges. Paid in full they started the job said they got called away and would be back. After several phone calls and several days later, they came back did a little, left again. They never returned, never finished the job. Never return our phone calls. Horrible to do business with. If I could give negative stars I would.

They will go into peoples back yards without permission or if they are not home. I agree with the first post...these "tree trimmers" are thugs. I talked to one neighbor who told me the tracks in the snow led to his back yard and the back door to their house. He said that he had a lock bar on the inside of the door and it was pushed out about 1/2 of an inch. My neighbor that hired them told me he would never use them again. Bad experience!!!

When I reached out to the owner Curt, he claimed that my shed was already damaged when they arrived, but he conveniently forgot to take pictures. When I asked for my invoice to be adjusted, Curt got rude with me and even accused me of knowing about the damage ahead of time and that I was just trying to pin it on them. I will not hire Simmons Tree Service again and I suggest that you don't either!!!!!!!
