We have had nothing but good experiences for the first year of our child's life! All of the doctors are super kind and knowledgeable. Never rush us or make us feel stupid for asking all those first time parent questions. We typically see Dr rotem and she quite honestly changed our life. When we came in for our 9 month appointment she asked us how we were sleeping - and honestly we weren't! Our son had terrible sleeping habits and Dr rotem spent extra time at our appointment helping us with suggestions we should do to help. We communicated with the front because they didn't take cash for the visit (it's ridiculous that doctors offices require exact change). Frazee proceeded to see my child and then fire us for "mistreating her staff." First of all, this did not happen. Second of all, she fired us while my child was on antibiotics for UTI and they have other medical conditions requiring prescriptions. They gave us 30 days and no doctor had availability for new patients for at least 90 days and we were never given a referral to someone else. To me, this seems like patient abandonment. She was also rude at times and definitely had know it all energy when we had questions or concerns. If you can, find someone else.

She listened with care, asked a lot of great questions to explore every aspect of my toddler's health and took her time to communicate and understand the situation and then explained the cause, symptoms and treatment process to me. My toddler son normally does not feel comfortable when it comes to medical visits but with such great atmosphere at Dr. Frazee's office and her kind and loving personality, my son had good time during the visit and even he had positive recollection afterward. Each room is labeled by places you can travel in the world, and inside each room are decorations or pictures of the place the room is labeled by (Italy, France, Spain). Then, we set up a a prenatal consultation with Dr. Riar and immediately knew she was the doctor for us! She was as knowledgeable about pediatrics as she was personable. She is also very supportive of a parents rights to choose what's best for their child. They do require you to follow the CDC vaccine schedule, but everything else is whatever you think is best for your baby. She was supportive of our home birth plan and was okay with us bringing the baby ASAP after birth. But we transitioned to the hospital for birth and she was supportive of that too. She visited our baby every day we were at Renown. Unfortunately they just moved locations and the new office isn't as conveniently located. But that's okay, this provider is worth the extra parking steps!

They said that they except Medicaid but not cash pay and I asked him the reasoning and the woman said, " it has to do with continuity of care. If we order labs we wanna make sure that you're able to afford the labs or specialty testing." I explained to her how I can afford the medical care my daughter need as I get a stipend through my job. She said, "well we can't assume that all cash pay patients can afford it." I told her that they are assuming that all cash patients patients can't afford it which is not very fair at all. Cash pay patients Pay better than Medicaid patients sometimes. This was disheartening and frustrating. As I'm calling around I often find facilities they don't except Medicaid, but this is the only facility that does not accept cash pay patience. I think that it's awful that they assume that I cannot afford care for my daughter. They are putting an additional barrier on our medical care and it's hard enough as it is not being offered health insurance through my job. I'm sure The doctors are so amazing and have no idea that this is even going on.
