I am not confident that this doctor cares about her patients. My child had been seeing her since birth and my child happened to have a well check and they were recently in urgent care for a UTI and on antibiotics. We communicated with the front because they didn't take cash for the visit (it's ridiculous that doctors offices require exact change). Frazee proceeded to see my child and then fire us for "mistreating her staff." First of all, this did not happen. Second of all, she fired us while my child was on antibiotics for UTI and they have other medical conditions requiring prescriptions. They gave us 30 days and no doctor had availability for new patients for at least 90 days and we were never given a referral to someone else. To me, this seems like patient abandonment. She was also rude at times and definitely had know it all energy when we had questions or concerns. If you can, find someone else. read more

Dr. Frazee is an incredibly thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable physician. She provides urgent appointments and has saved us from ever needing to take our kids to urgent care. We are so thankful to be her patients! If we could give more than 5/5 stars, we would! read more

This isn't about Dr Frazee , she's a great doctor my 7 year old has been seeing her since birth, this is about her manager HEATHER. Arguing with me about "policy" and refusing to have Dr Frazee see my sick 2 yr old because the patient paperwork was not filled out only because it was NOT available on the patient portal to do!!! How is that my fault???? And why is it that the receptionist handed me the forms to fill out while we waited to be called and then all of a sudden it's not okay ? Heather acted very unprofessional, talked to me like she was wayyy above me when in fact she is NOT and had an attitude like her sh*t don't stink. I can't speak to the quality of this Dr or the clinic because unfortunately they don't take kids born at home. When I called to set up a prenatal appointment I was told that this doctor will not treat babies born via home birth, so they wouldn't even set up the appointment. I'm glad to have not had to waste my time talking to a doctor with personal biases, but it was very disappointing. read more

I have been taking my children there for their entire lives. I have a 4 year old girl and 7 year year old boy. The team there is incredible! The manager Heather is GREAT with my daughter and is always ready to help when I have questions or just need help navigating the patient portal. She is very personable and kind. Always receive good service every time I come here for my Daughter. Staff are super friendly and patient and Dr. Frazee is super nice and will inform you anything that you do not know of. We have been with Dr. Frazee for a long time now (forget how many years). Before Dr. Frazee we had 2 different pediatricians and they can not compare to how well she listens to parents concerns. For years I was concerned about my oldest son, and the other doctors would tell me to wait a year and they would do test (they didn't do test). Finally, when Dr. Frazee became our pediatrician she ordered test and got my son in for an MRI. It showed that he had a tumor on his brain. If it wasn't for Dr. Frazee we would have never known. Dr. Frazee has thoroughly impressed my husband and I. This week my entire family came down with the flu and at the first sign of my son catching it I called Ponderosa. They got us in within the hour to get him started on tamiflu. No, I have never been the mom to vaccinate myself or my children for the flu. Not for the fact that I just dont want it, but due to education and facts. The internet is full of articles and I just dont have the time to fact check. Instead of making us feel guilty about not getting it, Dr. Fazee sat with us and educated us with facts! Not opinion! She was kind and inviting not making us feel like a bother or rushing us out as just another number. Two days later (today) I called to get my son in for an ear infection. Again we were seen within a couple hours! And this time my husband was with us, she took the time to answer questions and leveled with us on the importance of certain things. THANK YOU DR. FRAZEE!!!! I don't think I have left my sons doctors feeling so happy with who we are seeing. Our children love playing in the new waiting room, and as parents we appreciate how clean and tidy the waiting room and patient rooms are. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Frazee. If I could give DR Frazee 0 stars if I could. I took both of my daughters into her office today for the very first time. It was the first time visiting her or her new office in general. SHE HAS THE WORSE BEDSIDE MANNER I have ever encountered! I have concerns and questions that were never answered. The nurse asked if I needed to let the dr know of anything prior to being seen, and I requested a special diet for my daughter which was never even addressed. My daughter's were bulldozed into visual vaginal exams at 7 & 8 years old. Even after telling her she needed to ask their permission, she told them what she would be doing. I myself asked my kiddos after she blatantly ignored my request, and i also had to give up my jacket for more privacy because nothing was offered. When it came time for shots she refused to give me any straight answer regarding the flu vaccine. I believe she thought (assumed) if she gave a real answer instead of a "scape goat" or "general" answer I would decline the vaccine all together. Dr Frazee's body language was very uncomfortable, she was tossing her hands in the air going all directions. At one point I asked her what the long term effect for immune systems would be and she put her hand on her mouth, stood up, and said "I dont know how to explain this better for you" the flu vaccine is like a seasonal jacket". Another general answer not related to my question. She had told me that I needed her referral for therapy for my children based on our family history I disclosed on the intake forms. We have a great therapist/counselors is what I told her and she replied by saying again she would give us a referral to one she knew was accredited, that not all the ones at public school even have degrees. (More assumptions, she did this with our dentist too, but not our orthodontist. She must not have know any orthodontist or mine wouldnt have been good enough either. Also we already use the dentist she wanted to recommend.‍) I ended up taking my kiddos out and walking out to the desk, I asked for our school notes and was told the doctor wouldnt be giving them to us until she was done doing her reports. I then asked (the facilities director or manager lady) "why would we want to wait, could you not hear her yelling at us through the door?" The facilities director asked me back into the room to find out what happened; I explained to her everything I wrote here. It was the most horrible and disturbing experience the girls and I have ever had with any doctor. (I really hope she didnt ruin dr appointments for my girls) Somebody who is supposed to be kind and caring, she was the exact opposite and I don't know if it's because we're on Medicaid, or because I'm young, or maybe it's because I had too many questions. Either way, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DR FRAZEE and come first thing Monday morning I will be filing a report against her with the American board of pe read more
