My review is for the automatic teller machine at this location as I came here after hours and did…read morenot encounter any Bank personnel. Just like the bank the ATM is in a pretty good location right at the corner of Lyndon Baines Johnson Freeway and Midway Road. If you are headed south on Midway at that intersection the bank is very convenient to get in and out of. Not so much if your coming from the south and headed north. The drive-thru ATM is on the freeway side of the bank making it pretty convenient. It is in a well-lit area and appears to be pretty safe. This is not my regular Wells Fargo location to go to but it is convenient for me as I passed through here oftentimes a couple times a day. I have seen the reviews of some other folks who have had problems with the Personnel at this location however like I said in the beginning I have not encountered any of the employees so it would not be fair for me to comment either way on that matter.

The employees at this Addison location are amazing; Baharak and John T go above and beyond what is necessary to get the job done. They even love on my puppy when we go in to visit! Countless times I've called needing assistance and they never disappoint. A few years back, my debit card number was stolen. They were absolutely wonderful at immediately resolving my issue. Chase sucks!!!!!! I…read moretried to send a friend who lives down the street from me, money for mowing my lawn, something we've done countless times. I sent money via Zelle on my Chase account. Never had an issue before. All of a sudden, there's an issue. My Zelle transfer is randomly flagged on a Sunday night. Twenty minutes later I get a call from Chase Fraud Dept about the Zelle transfer. This guys English was unbelievably horrible. I had to ask several times to repeat what he was saying. His Indian accent was so heavy I said "Dude, I can't understand you. Can you please put someone on the phone who had spoken English since he stood at his mama's knee?" His response was more fast broken English. Clearly I pissed him off with my request so he tells me he can't help me, that I "must step into a branch with two forms of ID." I've got a better idea.
