During my visits management changed, front staff was less than professional. Procedures were being done while there was a gaping hole in the roof. Needless to say, not sanitary. This let me to getting an infection. Then I get a notice from the "finance company" I was sticker shocked. I called Billing who informed me my insurance was inactive. I informed them it was not. She Proceeded to tell me My employer probably didn't renew my insurance. or their software showed it wrong. I called my Insurance company, and I was Active and the office didn't file the claim. I called back and spoke to the new office Manager and stated how unhappy I was. She said she would cancel all future appointments. I just got an email about an upcoming appt. I had to call to cancel it. I do not recommend them to anyone.

She acted almost like I wasn't in their computer system and wanted to see my Blue Cross card again?! And then said she couldn't up in her system to verify the service. Not only that, but my appointment was at 10 AM and they called and said can you come 8 AM? Being a nice guy I said OK treated like this. I'll never go back. Perhaps this is really first as a business to make money in secondarily to provide excellent dental service, but this is no way to treat a been with them for .
