Annaya was very timid and scared when we arrived but eventually calmed down. A few days later, I texted the owner to see how she was doing. He never replied after 2 days so I called and she appeared fine. when it came time to pick her up after 2 weeks, the owner said he could not do our final training that day because his employee was injured and he was understaffed. We made plans for him to come to our town the next week to do the training at one of their grooming facilities. once we got home, Annaya had terrible diarrhea. we took her to the vet and she had a Giardia parasite that most likely was contracted at the facility. she was fine when we dropped her off. 6 weeks later, we are still treating the Giardia and have incurred an additional $300+ in vet bills. We cancelled the training session with the owner and I texted him asking for a date to reschedule because I don't want Annaya to infect other animals. over a 5 week period, I texted him 6 times with absolutely no response. Even though we paid him $2000 upfront, we are unable to incorporate the training (if any) because we do not know his training methods or commands. we feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of by Lost Creek Traininc Academy. I strongly caution you not to use this facility. We will be contacting the BBB.

Recently, our dog's health has been declining rapidly, and unfortunately, we've noticed a change in how we've been treated by the clinic. It feels like they are less attentive to both our dog's health and our concerns as clients. This has been very upsetting, especially given our long relationship with them. We truly valued their care until recently, and now we're uncertain where to turn next. We are very disappointed with the recent experience.

His tail was bleeding. Nose is bright red. Dirty and smelly. I truly felt like I was picking him up from a shelter. He was so scared and nervous, it took awhile to calm him down. His bedding is really gross and he needs a bath desperately. I feel like a horrible mom for leaving him here and should have trusted my gut feeling but we had no other option. The owner said they were full and that was reassuring. When we left there was someone there who knew the owners name and felt comfortable, but I still am kicking myself.

Every single time we take our dog there (every 6-8 weeks) they come up with something new that the…read moredog needs before they will groom them. Rabies shots are all that most groomers require, which they are current on, but they want flu shots, heartworm med (which we give the dog at home, but isn't good enough for the vet), etc. They do a great job grooming our dog, but we won't be taking them back due to the unnecessary things they require that cost a lot of money. When this was mentioned to the staff they did not seem to care. Very disappointing.

Much to my surprise my intended groomer messaged me asking if I was still bringing my dog in for grooming that very hour. I quickly went to PJ and explained the situation. They had just finished giving my dog his much needed bath and were SO SO gracious. I offered to pay them for bathing and they said it was complimentary. :) Took my dog to the correct groomer and she was equally understanding. There are great people out there in the grooming industry. Puppy Junction is one of those.
