I was billed for every expensive (unnecessary) medical test- hundreds of dollars. I ended up only having TWO meetings with the medical doctor. In a year.. $200 a month regardless. Portal emails (that were supposed to be returned in 72 hrs according to the contract) were not responded to and I was "bumped" from an appointment when I showed up. I had to file TWO Amex claims for unauthorized charges. supplements "prescribed" were previously recommended by another holistic practitioner ,so they were nothing new. Was trying to avoid surgery, but ended up having to have it a year later. They did nothing to help me. I'm so disappointed I wasted my time and thousands of dollars on these people. The medical bills for tests keep showing up, years later! Please don't let the spa like atmosphere and empty promises fool you. Unless you have money to burn, stay away.

I looked into this for two reasons. We all reach that age where you no longer hold off going to the bathroom as long as you possible can. It got to the point that if I needed to go I better find a restroom sooner rather than later..."oh, am I going to make it?!" One too many close calls makes it very uncomfortable. The second reason was self gratification. Yes I said it, I'm a widow and enjoy an orgasm VERY much. Sadly, it becomes less frequent when life deals you a hard blow, but it was becoming more difficult to reach that goal on my own! Now, enough was enough! He impressed me so much when he subtly explained to me what he planned to do for my surgery and he showed me with 2 words that: 1. He had examined my mri more closely than the radiologist and 2. Named the pain/ popping/ problem I had not been able to put my finger on: those 2 words were "biceps tendon". Additionally he is up to date on the data showing specific nutritional support that can speed recovery. He is also a great teacher and has a cheerful engaging attitude. As a retired clinician I know that these qualities are rare in medicine today except at the highest performing facilities. Here it is. A well run office serves this amazing doctor in a low key, courteous, relaxed and efficient manner. Dr. Strong is my daughter's pediatrician and she always has been excellent. She is just a great doctor. Recently my daughter had a fainting spell and Dr. Strong was out of the office. We were able to get an appointment the same day, a Friday afternoon. The doctor that saw her, Dr. Faucheux, was so nice. He took the time to truly examine her and make sure that her fainting episode was not an indication of a bigger problem. He did not rush the exam or push us to leave even though the appointment clearly extended past the clinic hours of operation and it was late on a Friday afternoon. If you are looking for a pediatric clinic, I highly recommend this one!
