I said you try to stop me from leaving they didn't and I left. I was going to bring them their money back but after thinking about the whole situation screw them and their money. I was locked into a year long contract with these women for a year at $200 a month plus a $200…read moreinitiation fee without the ability to get out. I was billed for every expensive (unnecessary) medical test- hundreds of dollars. I ended up only having TWO meetings with the medical doctor. In a year.. $200 a month regardless. Portal emails (that were supposed to be returned in 72 hrs according to the contract) were not responded to and I was "bumped" from an appointment when I showed up. I had to file TWO Amex claims for unauthorized charges. supplements "prescribed" were previously recommended by another holistic practitioner ,so they were nothing new. Was trying to avoid surgery, but ended up having to have it a year later. They did nothing to help me. I'm so disappointed I wasted my time and thousands of dollars on these people. The medical bills for tests keep showing up, years later! Please don't let the spa like atmosphere and empty promises fool you. Unless you have money to burn, stay away.

He stormed out the room giving us a total of 5 minutes of Doctor time. He said he couldn't deal with it and left. It turns out my baby was losing their hearing and is now profoundly hard of hearing. She will never regain the hearing. If it was auto immune an injection of steroids could have saved some of it. Word through the grapevine is that he had a surgery that did not go well that morning so he took it out on patients. A true professional.
