Even though we messaged her reminding her of when we required…read moreher service, she showed up on the wrong date (while guests were still there) went right into the cottage and started changing sheets, saying they were dirty. Needless to say, our guests were very upset thinking they had been sleeping in dirty sheets, which was not true as I personally had cleaned the entire cottage, washed sheets and towels and put fresh sheets, duvet covers and comforters on all beds. When confronted Kim accused us of making a mistake with the date (even though we have text messaging proof) and would not take any responsibility. When she saw there were people there she should have contacted us to see if she should proceed, but instead, just knocked and barged in. Prior to this, we had a 5* rating for our Airbnb, but because of this we may receive a bad review. Obviously we fired Kim and her services. I just want everyone to be aware of this and I would highly recommend NOT using Kim and her company.
