The one time they showed up and we have driveway cameras up . They were not even in the house 30 mins then they pulled out of the driveway and we were charged a full day of cleaning which never happened. Thank goodness for driveway cameras. The cleaning was patchy and so many missed spots like under the bed etc. They are overpriced for what they do. Be careful they will take advantage of you. It was hard to even give them one star but you need to have something to give them a zero.

She tried to book me all the way out on September 27.. which I was upset about because I had contacted her so long ago I assumed she would have booked me early September, but I let it go and asked if we could do the 22mind instead. Unfortunately my son brought home a cold so I had to reschedul, she tried to automatically rebooked me for the 6th of October which was way to far out again. We agreed to do the 29th instead. I told her in a previous conversation I was looking for a deeper clean however her website stated that what was in her standard clean was what I was expecting in a deep clean in my previous cleaner didn't do a good job so I just wanted to make sure she was a detail oriented cleaner she then messaged me at 11:45 the day she was supposed to show up at 1 o'clock and asked if we could possibly reschedule if she was a little tight for time but I wanted a deep clean I stated I didn't need a deep clean and I just needed my house to be clean and I would really appreciate if she could make it out today and to let me know if she could because I have a three-month-old that I had to schedule somewhere for us to go while she was cleaning the house it's hard for me to be out of the house as me and my husband are also business owners and I frequently have to be answering phone calls and emails and dealing with clients and my three-month-old baby I left the house before one because she never responded and I assume she was just busy it was going to still make it out because she never cancelled she just said she was a little tight on time and worried about doing a deep clean and I told her I did not need a deep clean had to let me know if she was going to come or not I stayed out of my house for two hours thinking shit there was a possibility she showed up drove by my house and no one was there I still didn't have a text message I tried to call her with no answer and no text back this is extremely unprofessional will never use this cleaning service. at least Julie disappointment because I thought it would be a good fit and I gave several chances it was very understanding with scheduling being a mother and a business owner I know things happen but the fact she didn't respond to me and didn't just say can we please reschedule for a sooner time than a full week away when I have been trying to get my house clean since the beginning of August just seems unacceptable to me after looking further online I found multiple bad reviews on different sites with the same issues of her not showing up as well as the house not being clean very well there was also an incident where she triedShe steal from a client by charging her for a full clean with her driveway cameras caught her only entering the house for 30 minutes as a bit business owner once again this is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional
