We have three kids and been coming back every time for each kid buying the all inclusive package which is the best deal. She always gets the gender of our baby correct and does a great video recording of our baby. My favorite from that package is the recording of our baby's heartbeat that we can add into an adorable stuffed animal. We use it for our baby to listen back to when we need to calm baby down. The best printed images we usually give to the grandparents as these are great poses of our baby. We show off our baby's face on social media using the digital images we get with the package. I arrived 15 minutes early as directed, to complete the paperwork, and by the time I was finished with that, they were waiting to take me for my MRI. The tech I had was great! I have very small ear canals and always have difficulties getting the ear protection to fit in my ears. Once imaging was done, I was handed a cd-rom and told results would be sent to my physicians office. That's where trouble began. CD had a website on it referencing a login and code to view results. No code was provided. Had to call and get it. Nothing sent to my doc. Had to call. Then Rayus only sent their radiologist report and not images. Had to call. We sent it now. Nope... they still only see report. What in the world? You had one job. This is all you do everyday. Its possible the receiving portal is at fault but I doubt it. Had to run the CD over to medical network office to get images uploaded in their system. Not cool. The minor dollars I saved and convenience of the storefront imaging site were wiped away by the waste of my time after the fact. Not sure I can recommend.
