Great service very easy to schedule an appointment and get in and out without serious delays

They don't answer their phones. Have tried 3 times (during business hours of course). Definite red flag.

Amazing experience. My husband had a CT Scan within a day of requesting an appointment!!!!!!! Absolutely everyone we had contact with was beyond friendly, respectful, professional and supportive. Every single person we passed while in the facility spoke and smiled. Unbelievable but the results were submitted to my physician before we even got home. Yesterday I had an ultrasound at Forest City. The individual who assisted me was Nicki. The ultrasound procedure went very well, all because of Nicky. I found her extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and very professional. She was very articulate and explained everything that she was doing. Her interpersonal skills, communication skills, and emotional intelligence skills are superior. I had a questionably lump found in my breast. I've already been waiting nearly 6 weeks to get an ultra sound and mammogram done. My appointment was scheduled for January 11th. I got a call this morning saying that they had to cancel my appointment and might be able to see me in February. I don't know about you, but that is completely unacceptable. Waiting for your appointment. And when you're anticipating it being done in 2 days and being that much closer to having an answer and they call and cancel?l. And there's no backup available to image your breast, that's a problem. Don't bother making an appointment here. This is actually not the first time that they've done this to me. Years ago I had an appointment to have my knee imaged. They had to cancel and reschedule then too. read more

I am not impressed at all about their attitude and/or website. I've had a referral sent weeks ago. I still can't get on their portal even with a email link. Not sure I'll trust these people to take care of me. Seems like a real sloppy red tape night mare. I only give personal info on encrypted website portals for medical. They only like talking on the phone. read more

i was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and technicians. they do an outstanding job. Charges are reasonable. they coordinate with the insurance company if necessary. Best part is they give you a copy of your report and images if you request it. These days hospitals are money making machines with, at times, incompetent staff. I prefer to go to Forest City instead when there is a need for a test that they offer. read more

I was really pleased with my visit here. I was able to get in for an exam on a Saturday which was convenient for me and my work schedule. They were ready for me with less than 5 min wait which I really liked. The tech was very nice & professional & made the exam as comfortable as it could be. The advertise that their rates are lower than having an exam done at a hospital. If you are in need of an op imaging exam I highly recommend them. read more
