First time, I tried to pay at the kiosk for 10 minutes with no luck, using 3 different cards, all of which were refused. When I gave up, I decided to go into the shop and charge a snack. The clerk easily processed my card, but denied there was a problem outside. As I was leaving, another car was backing out of the kiosk. Second time, I used the other lane, paid, and nothing happened: no lights, no signs -- nothing. I ended up driving through the wash area, and stopped in the store for a refund. The FINAL time, after more than a month, I went to the first lane again. When I reached the entrance to the car wash, a pleasant young man greeted me and directed me to proceed. He began spraying the car, wheels, hubcaps, etc. and motioned to me to follow directions on the sign (put in neutral, foot off breaks, hands off wheel). Then the car started shaking as the mechanism ground away at my tires -- tires that were just serviced, aligned, and rotated the day before. He ultimately had me back out because the mechanism wasn't working. Seriously, fix this stuff or shut it down.

No issues with the prices, I think they vary pretty evenly as compared to competitors. My only gripe is how slow the pumps run sometimes. I swear it can takes double the time for my gas to fill up than at other places. But this only happens sometimes? Inside the gas station is your typical one-stop-shop for gas station needs. The pumps were in good working order, and fairly responsive (who wants a slow gas pump when it's cold outside!?). The pump accepted my BP gift card without issue and printed a receipt with the balance at the end of the transaction. I didn't notice any trash or any of those things that give gas stations a bad rap. Should I find myself in the area again, I'd stop here and fill up without hesitation.
