I had never seen a counselor/therapist before so I was very picky and did a lot of research. I wanted someone who shared the same faith with me and had experience handling the issues I was dealing with. I narrowed my search to Jamie and that was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Right from my first meeting with Jamie, I felt very comfortable, zero judgement, I was free to bear my heart out to her and she diagnosed the root cause of my issues which was a life with no boundaries. I had the biggest light bulb moments I've ever had in my life during our sessions. I spent over a year with Jamie and each session was super refreshing. I looked forward to each session. She uncovered a lot of connections from my past that were affecting some of the decisions and choices I was making. It was mind-blowing. I am a stronger woman with firm boundaries because of Jamie's help. She helped me work through each childhood hurt that was causing me depression. With her support, I had multiple difficult conversations with those in my past who hurt me and with each conversation, I was able to forgive and move forward and I felt a huge boulder drop from my heart. I am happier, healthier, no depression spells, have a very strong sense of self because of my time in counseling/therapy with Jamie. I've been able to finally drop my victim bags and realize that I have a choice and I'm making positive choices every day to forgive, love, and think positive. My partner wanted to give her a try. So we went to see her 3-4 times over the course of 1-2 years. We didn't see her often for two reasons, she was often unavailable and we both have done a horrible job of following through. Most sessions were just casual talking. There didn't seem to be anything organized before we arrived. Some form of homework was typically given. The sessions were done as a couple... there was one session in which he was sent out of the room and she talked to me for 20 minutes. So I genuinely felt like she didn't get to know me, not her fault at all. We just didn't go enough times. Which brings me to my next point... most recently, my partner wanted us both to go again. He emailed her and she told him... there was no need to bring me that I wasn't open to forgiveness. I was shocked. This really hurt me and I really found this to be quite unprofessional because she did not reach out to me at all. Even if I did give off that vibe... it's just not true. I want forgiveness for myself but I've struggled getting there having been hurt badly in the relationship. Hence why we were there. Never in a million years did I expect to get written off for the very thing I wanted help with. I did reach out to her and her response to me was my "energy" never showed an interest to heal. And she wishes I would heal. And "I'll need to do that". So if you're an imperfect being struggling with unforgiveness... this is not a safe place to heal. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Update: For clarification. Stephanie did not reach out to me with opportunities to meet as mentioned below.

She is the only provider in…read morethe office (no nurse or PA) so when she went on vacation for a week and her receptionist said she did not want to be bothered even though it was an emergency situation (needed an ortho referral for a broken bone), we knew it was time to switch providers. She left no one to help her patients- not even a different doctor nearby! Prior to this, her Quest Diag person who draws blood in office could not find my vein and was very unprofessional. And I have not been happy with how dismissive she was of some blood work numbers, so overall I would not recommend.

This company is horrible. Trying to get medical records for my employer is crazy. My job is on the…read moreline I have been asking them about my medical records so I can submit them and all I can get is 2-4 weeks. Got a email and it stated 30 more days. This is a a lot to play with someone lively hood. I would be ok with paying for my medical records at this point just to keep my job. This has done nothing but enhanced my anxiety depression and my panics attacks. I called and requested a supervisor and they were to business to talk stated they were escalating my concern. That is all I have ever heard from this company and guess what not call. My therapist told me I can call as soon as my session was over and get a copy of my notes but that was incorrect information as well. I was told to ask my therapist for the notes just to state what I was being treated for and they told me no they could not do that. I am like wow really. I should have went to someone office for all this. Now with everything going on I might loose my job and home because i need my records for my STD with out them no check with out no check rent and bills can not get paid. Choose another company that can help or at least that can right a Dr not with your diagnosis with out waiting 30 days
