They are professional, kind and truly "get" my kids who have been there since birth (they are now 17 and 14). Their expertise and knowledge is excellent and they have been incredibly helpful even with the 2 am calls and visiting us in the hospital. We had no idea when my kids were born how integral they would become. My daughter has extensive medical issues, and recently now so does my son. It is comforting and an incredible relief to have them not only as our pediatrician but helpful in coordinating care with other specialists (in and out of state) as well as assist with labs, referrals, and consults and see my kids regularly. They are truly with us every step of the way. I am grateful on one particular occasion when my child was in medical distress they helped stabilize her and then we headed to the hospital. On multiple occasions my son was having breathing issues and they took the needed time, even though I knew it threw off their entire schedule. These little humans are not predicable! My daughter is immune compromised (she is fully vaccinated but does not process them properly) and am glad it is required that all patients are vaccinated at Northside Peds, which is critical for her safety. They have Saturday hours and are open really early Monday morning. The facility is very clean. I love that they have a separate sick, well, and newborn waiting area....and no food is allowed in the waiting room. My son has a smell, taste, touch, nut allergy and has always felt safe there. My kids have moved past the stickers that they give out and the bubble machine at check-out, but for MANY years looked forward to that. They will take good care of your kids! I HIGHLY recommend them.....It takes a village to raise a child and we are grateful for these incredible human beings at Northside Pediatrics!

That's keeping the whole household up and the youngest one is not supposed to get fluid in her ear because she has a perforated eardrum and she might lose her hearing for good, but you have to have a doctors note so you have to drag your kids into the doctor to get that note. Well these doctors literally told my daughter to take her grant her children to Kroger or Publix or wherever but go to the grocery store and pick up these over-the-counter medicines and that's it so I am so sick of hearing this from doctors who went and paid all that money to get a degree to turn around and tell you to go to the grocery store and buy stuff that you already know about, yeah I wouldn't take my children to this practice. I wouldn't even take my grandchildren there, but my daughter chooses to do so that's the truth. You paid all that paid all that money to go to school to turn around and do nothing more than write your kid out of school and tell you to go to the grocery store and get some medicine, I could do that for you today. The front office staff, Bobbie and the girls, are so warm and sweet! They know you and your child and always are so caring! My youngest son has a terrible fear of needles. The doctors understand that he typically faints when he works himself up over medical situations. They have prescribed him a numbing cream to ease the pain as well as his stress. I never wait long which is not typical for most pediatric offices. I HIGHLY recommend this office!

This office has a very strange vibe to it. They are not friendly and warm at all. Something a pediatrician office should be at all times especially with kids. The ONLY reason we continued to go to this office is because they have availability and it is close by. However after recent experiences we will never return. The office is always empty while other peds offices are not even accepting new patients. This should have been warning enough. Previously my daughter was misdiagnosed according to another physician who we took her to the same day who claimed this office should have never let us leave if they claimed her diagnosis was fatal. Another recent visit, they seemed annoyed by us being there. We called and got a same day appointment and not once smile out of Dr. C - very stern and zero warmth. The front desk is not much better. Fake smile at best, zero genuiness. They charge $100 upfront and then bill you 2 weeks later for co-pay. When things keep appearing without explanation, I have to take time out of my very busy schedule to chase down what a co-pay is about and for what date of service. No clarity ever. All in all, I am so extremely disappointed in the way we were treated. I take my nanny in with me for help and they are extremely rude to her and do not acknowledge her presence. We will never endorse this behavior and hope no one else has to face the unkind experiences we have had.

We just were able to get an appointment yesterday for an ear piercing for my three month old…read moredaughter. The Nurse who did the piercing was personable, professional, and took her time to ensure we where comfortable. I am so pleased with the job she did. The office is so cute and clean too! Apparently all the rooms have different country themes. We were in the African room. Lastly, I do wanna point out that they do use medical plastic instead of metal earrings. This is the same material they use for a medical heart stent. This is to ensure there is no bad reaction to the earrings. I like that. They are also still cute!

The nurse line is always quick to answer & if you have to leave a message you rarely have to wait long for a call back. They are the ONLY Pediatrician I trust & the ONLY pediatrician I will take my children to. I have been with them so long I have seen a couple of them retire. Which is always a sad day because my children miss them when they are gone. Thanks North Cobb Pediatrics for taking such great care of us the past 27 years!! I even waited 48 hours for my child's medication because no one seemed to care or treat the situation with any urgency. They mis-schedule appointments and then try to blame you for "missing" them, even when you show up exactly when they told you to. Almost every staff member, except the actual doctor, has been uninviting, cold, and completely unhelpful. When the office manager, Danielle, finally called me, she acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me my own child's medical records. She also tried to claim their voicemail says you'll get a call back in two days, when in reality, it says you might get a call back after 3, or you might not... so basically, who knows. Or you wont get a call at all! And every time you ask for accountability, they blame everything on their "system," which somehow has been "new" forever and magically excuses every mistake they make. The attitude, the blame-shifting, and the complete lack of professionalism are unbelievable. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate pediatric care.
