I called to Cumming location. The person picked up the phone at the front desk ( make an appointments) is so rude. This is my first time to call to make an appointment for my child- I have a reference from my friend. This lady is very rude, not friendly at all. She asked me many questions and I gave it to her very nicely, but she didn't know how to deliver to the people. Her tone and her attitude is super rude. I decided to not make an appointment here, chose other place. She is the face of the business, but she is so nasty to answer the phone to the patient. She lost my business. read more

So far we have brought our baby to Roswell Pediatric Center three times since she has been born. Each visit had a wait time of under 5 minutes! The staff up front are all very friendly. The doctors and nurses are skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Parking is no issue with a dedicated parking lot right out front. The practice is on the second floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Each treatment room has a colorful mural the size of the wall which is such a great source of entertainment for children. My daughter noticed the wall during her 2 month check-up and we found it quite useful to calm her down after her immunizations. There are two separate waiting rooms which is phenomenal - one for sick children and the other for children doing routine check-ups. This is such a fantastic idea. The waiting rooms are literally on opposite ends of the practice so when you are visiting with your healthy child(ren) you don't have to worry about extra germs. Another thing I love is the helpline. You can call with your medical questions and get answers, tips, and additional information live on the phone. If after speaking through everything you need to come in, they can set that up for you. As a first time mama I was freaking out about my daughter's umbilical cord two weeks after she was born and I was able to call and be put at ease within minutes. I was then texted a resource guide with extra info and things to look out for in case it became an emergency. This is truly invaluable. Super happy we chose Roswell Pediatric Center. We will definitely be staying with this practice for our daughter and any of her siblings yet to come! read more

Recently switched to this practice after crazy wait times at my last pediatrician. I am so glad I did. Their check in procedure is so easy and can be done from home ahead of time so I'm not having to get out my credit card and insurance etc while managing two kids. Beautiful clean office with engaging murals in the patient rooms. Both times I've been there had been no wait at all. My kids like the doctor and I appreciate his expertise ( dr Landis) Just took my 11 month in for a sick visit and left with great advice and at least 50-60$ worth of formula samples/probiotics to help her feel better. My last pediatrician would never have done this and I would have been taking the sick kids to the store to get everything recommended. Very pleased and would highly recommend read more

Friendly staff and a beautiful office! Waiting area is huge and is separated by the front desk into two sections for sick and well. There's a therapy dog that visits on Mon and Wed for anxious kids who would enjoy the distraction of a pup. Exam room was big, bright and colorful. We had been going here since my daughter was born five years ago. If I could I would Give 0 stars. I took my son for his 9 month checkup and it was horrible. The dr used her nails to scrape his peanut and when I asked her to stop, she kept going making it bleed from pulling it back so far. He was SCREAMING in pain. It was the absolute most horrifying sight ever. I have never had a dr act like this or keep doing something when the mother asked to stop. Not Only this but she wasn't wearing gloves and she checked inside his mouth without gloves or having washed them. I called the office to speak to the office manager and they took their time getting back to me. We switch dr offices and have been with North Fulton Pediatrics since. read more

My 2.5 year old son and 9 month old daughter are both patients here. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. They have always been so wonderful to work with and we LOVE Ellen D! On this particular day, my daughter woke up with a swollen, red eye. I called them right at opening and mentioned I was right down the street from their office. They told me to come on in and we were seen almost immediately. The PA, Debby, was so wonderful with my daughter and had her giggling and smiling the entire visit! I had called this afternoon at about 2pm to request medical records.. I feel like the staff should be talked too about how they talk to patients. How are you supposed to feel comfortable coming to a place like that? She was very nasty and treated me like i was stupid when i was being very sweet with this woman. Dr. Bowman has been our pediatrician since we moved to GA in 1997. I have 3 boys - two have aged out of this practice. My youngest son just had his physical for college. I have been taking the kids here for several years. Once of the BEST parts is the check-in process AND the lack of wait time - I have never had issues getting in at the last minute for any appointment for sick kiddo. The office is amazing, staff is very friendly. Dr. Landis is one of the best physicians I have encountered when it comes to kids -exceptionally knowledgeable, cautious and caring. When I was pregnant with our first child, I asked my friend who was a nurse in Labor and Delivery at Northside for a pediatrician referral. She said that Roswell pediatrics had THE most doctors who were noticed as extremely kind to patients AND the staff at Northside. We have never regretted the decision to come here. Even since moving and the drive is 45 mins, we are happy to make this drive. Dr. Catherine Bowman is THE best. read more

My son is no longer at this practice. They are very slow to respond to letter requests and actually lost my original letter. When I received a copy of the medical records, the physician, Dr. Eaton, wrote that I refused vaccination and it was not given, when actually my son did receive his DTap. His arm was red and swollen for a week with a rash and he was told never to get that vaccine again by another physician. This was not documented anywhere in his chart. I called several times and requested to speak to the office manager to fix my son's inaccurate records and never received a call back.This practice is a big practice and impersonal. As my husband and I are both physicians near the office we were very surprised by the lack of response. read more

Avoid. We have been with this practice over 3 years. The good news is my daughter is rarely sick, but that lead us into just overlooking the constant problems with the practice. First as far as well visits and vaccinations they are just fine. But oddly, out of about 5 sick visits in 4 years, all but one has been "just a virus" nothing we can do, give honey for the cough. Even severe coughs. Several times her symptoms persisted, prompting immediate care visits several days later. Of course usually on weekends. Oddly enough, about 3 days after a course of antibiotics (the normal time for such drugs to start working) her symptoms started getting better. One time this happened after 2 visits with her having a 103 degree temp. All sick visits happened with her having high fevers. This finally came to a head on our last visit. Her temp went to 104 on a Sunday, so we took her to a immediate med place near their Crabapple office, partly thinking they would be familiar with each other. After a long wait the Dr. Diagnosed her with pneumonia. We were not too surprised as by then you could hear her gurgling breathing across the room. The dr there put her on a high dose of Augmentin and recommended follow up with her normal Dr in a day or two. Tuesday we went to Roswell Pedi. At Crabapple. Not sure of the Dr name, but male, he entered our room and asked the problem and we told him our story. He promptly lectured us that dr at immediate meds misdiagnose most children. All of this before examining my daughter. He seemed upset we went to a dr at all. Any way a few minutes later, we got the just a virus speech, we did not even need to finish the antibiotics. Of course the strep test was first, which seems to be mandatory with each sick visit, throat complaint or not. While waiting for the test to come back I received a follow up call from the immediate med Dr, which surprised me. After summarizing, she mentioned to me to make sure she completed the Augmentin no matter what. Advice we took thankfully. He came back in recommended we stop the antibiotic, but we could finish it if it made us feel better and honey for her extremely bad cough. Now she was much better then on Sunday, running only 101 when we were at their office, bet her cough was terrible. Oddly no chest xray was taken. They seem to be practicing naturalpathic medicine at this practice. While a great fad and ok sometimes, I do not want to have my child sick because of it. I also do not want to pay MD prices for such services. I can look up such advice on the internet for free. I have since been told by a new Dr that honey in that case can cause MORE lung problems. Hensaid a strong cough can cause them to inhale hard and aspirate the honey into the lungs. That sounds logical even though I am not in a good place to judge the conflicting opinions. I could go on and on, we have have multiple Drs at this practice spewing these its a virus and honey catchphrases. Just do you and your children a favor and avoid this practice. read more

We have been with Roswell Peds for 4 years and every single experience has been positive. Whether it's a wellness visit or a sick visit (and we've had a bunch of sick visits) every single person you encounter from the moment you walk in is caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office is bright and cheery with minimal wait time. Each patient room has a fun mural painted on the wall which, for my 2 girls, has been a great distraction many times! Dr. Landis is our main pediatrician and his bedside manor is top notch! He is extremely knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed. Between the Crabapple and Old Milton locations, we've seen more than half of the providers in this practice and whether you're seeing an MD or a Nurse Practitioner, you will receive outstanding care! They have Saturday, sick visit, office hours which have certainly come in handy for our family and outside of regular office hours, they have an outstanding website to help you navigate your child's symptoms with instructions on ''what to do" and "when to be seen" (for example- on a Sunday when my 1 year old was stung by a bee on her face just below her eye). When it comes to the care of your child you want the best and Roswell Pediatrics is that practice!!! read more

Very bad. Dr. Eaton told me that my daughter (with a fever, but active) could go to school the next day. I felt uncomfortable, since no child with a fever should be told to go to school the next day. I asked for referrals. She said "no - we need to schedule a well visit first." I told her we had recently moved from a large, urban area, and it would take months to get the records, (I was told by receptionist that this was needed before a well visit would be scheduled,) but vaccines were on the computer. She said "no problem - tell them to make the appointment. Tell them I said so" They refused, and she never assisted. I did exactly what she said, and the staff refused to allow me to speak with her (she is seeing patients; I said to have her call me afterwards, and they refused that too.) No matter what was said by me, it made no impression. I spoke with the supervisor a week or so later, and now it was no longer doctor records and (still) vaccines, no matter how I tried to speak with them they ignored what I said. Now it was growth charts (I did not have such a thing) and all records, not just a few (I had three and that was not good enough) and vaccines. (by Melissa) I told them the vaccines were on line, and they ignored me. No matter what I said, they said "not good enough." Then they said, "We would have thought you would have appreciated us insisting on your past records." (said by Leah.) They are completely nuts - I could not get them any faster to them, and coming from large urban area where records requests take a long time. I am supposed to "appreciate" my child not being cared for or getting referrals, because they are so extremely inflexible and frankly, mean. I have never seen a place where they absolutely do not listen, do not care, and if you do not do exactly as they say (and even if you do) you are treated badly and your child gets no medical care. read more
