Don't take the first place you are sent to if you are in need of an MRI scan ... you need to shop…read morearound, compare prices and locations. Scan centers in or nearby hospitals tend to be the most expensive and have cramped parking. That's where John's creek MRI comes in... This is a highly professional office from the front desk to the staff in back. Their appointments are set up through a centralized phone number and then the office staff will contact you if any issues arise before you appointment (issues meaning: your health insurance policy is giving them/you problems, that is sure to happen, but they work with you efficiently to handle the issues.) I was particularly impressed with how organized and hard-working the front office staff was... They were ready to answer any question and gave great customer service. My experience has been the opposite in many other places. A nice addition to the MRI scan room is the offer of headphones while you are trapped in the MRI machine. Those machines are exceptionally loud and the headphones are a great way to help drown out that noise. Just be sure to have a radio station in mind when they ask you what you would like to listen to ... (I sort of froze up because I think most Atlanta-based radio stations are total crap nowadays.) They have limited evening and weekend appointments if you wish. There is ample free parking in their private lot so you won't have to pay for the typical parking garage near a hospital. Good luck!

The staff over these told me they will accept my dad insurance BCBS. They also charge my dad coinsurance 30% up front. However, couple weeks later, the BCBS send me the EOB stated that Allegiance Imaging are not in network. Later, Allegiance Imaging send me bill ask for the remaining payment of over $900. I already called the billing department and none of them can help with this bill SINCE 10/2019. The billing department told me they will look into my case for the whole year and nothing happen until today. I WON'T PAY FOR THIS BILL AND WILL KEEP FIGHTING BACK UNTIL THIS RESOLVED! We are your customers, we ARE NOT liable for your staff mistake, YOU DO!

It pushed me to look for a place offering the same service for a much lower price. The staff is wonderful and I was accommodated immediately when I called. Please take a look at US Medical Imaging for all of your needs and if they can't perform a certain procedure, they will find someone to take care of your needs. Then you have to be transferred to the Suwanee office after you talk with that Rep. I do not like this. Well today I called and had an emergency and needed a referral right away for surgery. The lady I spoke to was named Daily. At least that is what she told me. She was very rude. Kept me on the phone at least 15 min and had an attitude. The phone was silent. I kept asking her was she there. No answer. Then when she did answer she was rude. I kept telling her I needed to speak with that office please transfer me. She kept typing ignoring what I was saying to her. When she decided to transfer me on her time it was 15 min of waiting. She was rude ,and uncaring. I asked for her name and I told her she was rude. She did not care. Did not even care how I felt on the other end. I guess she is there only for a paycheck and it is sad. She did not go out of her way to do anything. but once I was transferred a lady named Darrienn helped me and this lady was sent from God. So sweet so kind. Understood my frustration and went out of her way to help get my referral sent over. I told her I appreciate her and people like her. I can tell she really loves not only her job but cares about people the patients. I pray she will get a good raise one day because this lady was awesome. So the ending was a great experience for me.
