I forget the lady's name who helped us refinance years ago but glad to see her still there. She assisted me a couple months ago with checks! Most recently, Libby is always pleasant, helpful and delightful to customers and makes stopping at the branch feeling valued. She greets everyone with her pleasant attitude and smile. Before the end of the year, I called and spoke with David to confirm with him about a transaction. A male teller at the drive through helped me inside the branch with a quick deposit. Then Betty assisted me with the transaction that I called about as I was at a credit union who had a printer issue which delayed my arrival. Nonetheless, Betty was professional and recommended the best way for me to complete my transaction, thank you! I stopped by today and Betty assisted me again and very pleasant interaction. Perhaps, some turnover a few years ago resulted in changes to staff who value customers and seem very pleasant with my last 3 visits. Keep it up as I rate overall 4.5 stars and will gladly update if 5 stars are worthy.

He was so friendly and upbeat and made our banking experience pleasant. We drove an hour to meet with him and it was worth it. Anytime we have to do banking in the branch we will drive an hour to have a better experience. The employees were all pleasant and that made a huge difference. As a former banker, I knew exactly what to say to ensure that they could accommodate my needs for this acct and rep contacted legal office. Now after special paperwork was created for Wells Fargo (only) they are saying they can't help and won't do anything to correct their mistake even though the WF escalation department said it was up to this branches discretion. The Manager Siri (Suri?/ she never gave me her business card) said she would follow up and never did. I was told my escalation case was not updated (notes) and she never contacted back office to help as she told me she would last week 8/14. Yesterday I had to go over everything that happened with the back office as though they had no idea which is surprising, but at this point, I think everyone's just pointing fingers. Again the tellers are very friendly and helpful but I'm not sure if it they're network or old computers but IT TAKES FOREVER to get any type of transactions done inside the branch. If you can go to a different branch please consider doing so. Sadly, this state does not allow for ALL assets to pass legally to another spouse if one dies without a will as the state laws in NY and FL do allow. Therefore, we wanted to have a basic will signed protecting each other. My husband and I came into this branch hoping they could notarize the simple will document we had printed from online. If they refused, I was just going to close the account out. We were told the bank will no longer notarize this type of document and provide witnesses . That's great for them if they want to have these rules. However we will no longer be using the Wells Fargo mortgage lender and this company just cost themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars in loan interest that we would have paid. We have already talked to the other lender and will move forward with them.

I can't recall where I misplaced my check book so I needed Wells Fargo to print me a few for the time. She was able to help me within minutes. I then proceeded to get my notary done. I waited for a good 10-minutes since there were only 2 people who were able to get it done for me. It was a pretty quick process. Awesome service by Wells Fargo!
