This place is ridiculously unprofessional. My daughter and I went to test three things (eggs,…read moreseafood and nuts). They were late and we waited an extra 2 1/2 hrs to be seen. Since they were booked out 3+ months, they wouldn't reschedule us. So we waited. To top of our wonderful experience, they tested like 20 different things on my daughter without telling us that it was going to cost us $900. This place is a f'n scam, $900 bucks for a droplet of solution. I should of just rub some peanut butter on my daughters back and saved myself $895.00 Alaska doctors are so 2nd rate.

Too busy to care. Don't like your care and service too bad it's your fault anyway. TLDR: Missed…read morefacial infection after paying thousands of dollars and rehoming our dogs upon advice of staff. Then told that it was our fault for not making the right kind of appointment. My 8mo daughter has had lesions and oozing from her face for the past 3 months. Took months to even get an appointment. Had to go down in person to even get an appointment scheduled. No one ever calls you back. Ever. Unless they want money. We saw the doctor only once. She prescribed a battery of blood draws, tests, and multiple weekly visits. Daughters face got worse and worse. Changing bloody sheets from her face. Finally got to see the doctor again after demanding to and in the first 10 seconds she says it's an infection in her face. Dozens of visits and thousands of dollars to be misdiagnosed. Also we were told every time that she's allergic to dogs and as long as we had our dogs her face would continue to be a mess. So we rehomed our dogs. Just to find out it's a facial infection. Talked to Chris the director and essentially received condescending responses that if we wanted to talk to the doctor we should've made a doctor appointment even though it's months away. She admitted they dropped the ball and if we didn't like it we could find care elsewhere. So if you like being treated as a cash cow, ignored, misdiagnosed, and gaslighted then this is the clinic for you.
