food was Absolutely below Par and Inedible wouldn't feed to a Dog let alone a Human being! beds were AWFUL! Had back pain ever since would NEVER recommend no bedding either staff was absolutely HORRENDOUS!! Didn't do anything to Help me was Cold as a Witches Boob the holding Cells if you want to call them that I call them Cages were rather Minimalist But I respect the Asthetic they are trying to go for Here... Bonus Points for the Fact that you Can't tell if you are in Trouble or just Accidentaly Locked in a Weird Waiting room I would personally request a Police Officer kareoke night as Entertainment on those Long nights as their Curent entertainment is fun as a Funeral overall excellent Experience would Definitely go again read more

Very poor experience had and just do not seem very helpful or want to investigate a crime committed against myself. All i see of Northumbria police are either them driving down the local high street beeping your horn for pedestrians to get out of the way or a police van parked in the local straight road to collect fines for drivers that have gone 3 mph over the limit. No service or community policing just ticking boxes and massaging figures. read more

No purpose to Northumbria police Forth banks station as they do nothing and are not interested in you or responding to the crime committed against you.They treat you with contempt,like you are bothering them and do not listen to you. More interested in covering up for their colleagues and not answering for their decisions. Blindly believe with arrogance what their lower ranking officers tell them and repeatedly tell you miss-truths. I have lost all trust and respect for this station. Why are you Police officers if you do not want to help and treat people with respect that have came to you for help? I do not know of another public service that can be so rude and treat you like this and think it is okay and normal.Shocking! read more
