They treated me with the same care as if I were a longtime customer, though I was just in the trial stage with the unit for a month. They took the time to have the earpiece custom molded for my ear so as to be more comfortable and to maximize the hearing function for the unit. I would recommend their informed advice to anyone with a hearing loss. People don't realize how much they loose out in life when they can't have a clear hearing connection with friends and family. I never knew the difference until i was tested and tried the earpiece for myself. I don't even know I am wearing the device any more. Hearing Technology has come a long way.
