This business is hands down the most irritating and irresponsible business I've ever dealt with…read more The office staff is basically incompetent. They once gave my wife someone else's contacts. I've had probably about a dozen issues with them charging me incorrectly or messing up my family's paperwork over the years. The worst offense was Doctor Peck having my wife come back to his office 10 times in the space of about two months because he was unable to figure out what her correct contact perscription was. Turned out that the first time she was seen by another eye doctor after that, they automatically realized she had a serious eye disease which required immediate surgery. Apparently Dr. Peck was too incompetent to realize this during the dozen times that he examined her. On top of all this I will let you know that everyone in Woodward who I tell all this to has a horrible opinion of him as well. How he is still in business I have no idea, but save yourself trouble and do not choose him as your eye doctor.

My boyfriend and I both went to Dr peck for contacts. I have worn them before but a long time ago…read more I also have chronic dry eyes. We wanted to go in together. They made me wait outside the room during his exam and when I followed him to the next room for his fitting the staff gave me dirty looks. When I put in my contacts, they were already drying out. I informed the Dr and he seemed frustrated but had me try others. None have worked and it's now two weeks later and still don't have them right. They keep telling me I have to try them for a couple of days. I know my eyes and what contacts should feel like. I have also been light sensitive when wearing my contacts. When I call to let them know how my eyes feel they just tell me I'm not wearing them long enough. I called another eye Dr and they said light sensitivity is an error in my prescription. They actually offered solutions to my dry eye issues as well. My boyfriend also told them that his sight is blurry and he has always worn contacts. They told him to try resetting drops. They have got both our prescriptions wrong and act like we r the problem?
