First his customer/friend reminded me that the G2C was out of production and had several models "newer and better" like g 3, gx2 etc.. I was offered an insulting $100.00. I went on line and found the G2C is on of Taurus most dependable small frame 9 on the market and still commands $300 to $350 new even though 2024 was last production run. Also the GX2 was larger not as easy to handle for smaller hands and sold new $75 to $100 less than my pistol. After that experience with Butch's Guns Woodward I will likely purchase my next pistol somewhere else. They do have an excellent selection of firearms though and a nice store. PS. I sold that G2c for $300.00 that very afternoon.
