Original Post: 7/14/2021 The good: They were highly recommended by a peer. The not so good: They show up without notice or a heads up phone call. They don't listen. From my experience they already have it in their head what the issue is or isn't. I had to call another company that listened in order to resolve my issue. Update 06/12/2022: Who do you think called the landlord to have the issue looked at? Since the issue wasn't resolved I asked the landlord to call a different service professional. The new company called and scheduled a time to come work on the issue versus randomly showing up, they listened, and the issue was resolved in their first visit. It is amazing what we can accomplish when we treat everyone as valued adults. read more

My elderly mother's air conditioner went out and it is supposed to be in the high 90s in the coming week. She has a heart condition, and when I explained this, they were very good about getting us on to their schedule quickly. The technician communicated his arrival time in advance and arrived promptly. Extremely rude, customer service consists of an impatient man with poor communication skills. We…read morehad an appointment scheduled for 7 am and they forgot about us and had to come back later that day. We got no notice on when they were returning to clean our carpets and had no notice of when they were done. They left the receipt in our apartment and did not contact us. We had scheduled for the morning because we had to be out of the apartment, I contacted them to ask about the receipt and I got a nasty text back saying "well if you would just go check you would see it there", but we no longer had access to the residence. I continued contacting them for a week to get my receipt. I called and explained to them the issues and told them about my frustrations and he said "i'm not trying to get in a pissing contest with you". EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional business, I highly recommend finding a different service unless you want poor customer service.
