We eloped in Seaside and I can honestly say that Ashley made the whole day better. She not only took beautiful pictures but was also a complete joy to work with. She fit in perfectly and was not afraid to direct our crazy families into picture perfect formation. She got pictures I wouldn't have even thought about that turned out so sweet and really captured everything in such a pure and amazing way. Right now they are only allowing one group at a time inside which I appreciated. After one group is done, they sanitize the high traffic touch spots on the various set pieces and all the employees wear masks. I believe there are 8 different sets with my favorites being the promenade scene holding the light post, the inverted saloon, and the seaside sand castle! Brittany R. guided us through the various poses and she was so kind and made the experience so much more comfortable and fun! I'm really glad we got her! With almost every "scene" you'll end up doing two different poses. You give the employee your cell phone so they take every photo using your phone as well as theirs. That way you have all the photos on your phone and then you can pick the ones you'd like to print out from theirs after you finish! After looking at all our photos, there is a slight learning curve to your body position. Also be mindful of making sure everyone in your group is doing the same thing (all looking away from camera or all looking at camera). Even with the employee guiding you on where to put your hands and feet, be mindful of your body position in general and try to keep everything at the same angle/in a straight line. I'm really happy with how the photos turned out, with just 2 photos looking just slightly 'off', one of my solo photos holding the make up chair, and the other was my moms body angle holding the 2 seat bike. Otherwise, the rest were great! This was a really enjoyable activity and great to do solo, with someone else, or as a family/group! It was $25 dollars for a group of two and that came with getting all the photos taken on your phone and then being able to print out an 8x10 of your favorite shot. They also offer additional printing options in smaller sizes like 5x7 for a little extra money if you want to print more out. Worth stopping by!
