At a time where one is the most vulnerable they are kind , patient, understanding , efficient and professional! I mainly deal with the nurses, Miss Linda and Mr. Gus! And the techs, Miss Shiela, Miss Shawntel, and Mr. Art. Even when I am having a bad day, I show up and their compassion and humor pick me up! I have many choices of where to go to receive dialysis treatments, yet, I choose to go here! I am gratefully appreciative that even in my condition God has these angels working to nurse me to health!

Because i didn't agree to all the extra services it was my first time there they kept changing my…read moreappointments one time they canceled my appointment because I was 3 minutes late I was told that the dentist needed the whole 2 hours for my service so finally after almost 3 months my appointment was at 12:00 then they pushed it to 1:00 I was there at 12:40 to make sure this was done after seating in the room for 30 minutes so remember the dentist needed the whole 2 hours and the way staff was speaking to staff it was racist and tasteless and the way I was spoke to didn't make me feel comfortable so I told kyle to refund my 200 he said it was dropped in the safe but don't worry you will get a refund link today and you will have your money in 2-3 days didn't happen so I called him this morning and asked for the corporate phone number he said he was told to tell me they don't have one then he offered to overnight my check after I agreed and 10 minutes later he said due to the holiday I want receive until wednesday today is friday last time I checked overnight should be saturday not wednesday after I get my money back they don't have to worry about me as a client but I will find the corporate phone number so I can see if they treat everybody like a brother over 2 weeks still no refund.

I was finally referred to this place: first off, the staff was amazing and friendly. Shauna is funny, caring, and very smart. She made me feel hopeful and when I told her I was afraid of needles she even put a topical numbing cream on my arm before I went to get my blood taken. They never gave up. I was almost in tears because I was so tired of constantly being sick. So, after extensive testing, I decided to get my tonsils removed. Each episode of illness I had they got me in and treated right away. The steroid shot they give is incredible. It makes me feel better within 24 hours. But it wasn't a solution, when they suggested surgery I was pretty nervous... I knew it was coming to that (I was getting sick every month and we tried every antibiotic we could. Including long-term ones. And on my own time I even tried apple cider vinegar shots with honey... nothing helped) Now, at the age of 25 a tonsillectomy isn't a picnic. It was Probably one of the most painful recoveries I've had from any surgery. But I was after doing some research I was expecting that. Dr. Miller was the one to perform my Surgery and she made me so comfortable. They called and checked on me and made sure my recovery was as good as possible, I even got another steroid shot when swallowing became an issue. It worked wonders. I would gladly suffer through 10 days of painful recovery for a lifetime free of strep. Thank you to everyone there that helped me through this. You guys all rock

I have never stepped into ANY type of facility and feel so safe with the staff where I was able to relax while they did a procedure on me. Whether it is dental cleaning, or a surgical procedure, I don't even get jittery sitting in the chair! They accommodate to my requests. Whether it be Music, TV, blankets, numbing, Laughing Gas, or even talking me through everything they are doing, they are willing to do it all without thinking twice !
