I even gave them a second chance after they told me I had a copay when I never had a copay with my insurance and instead charged me for a tooth paste. This time I was told that my insurance did not cover fluoride when it always has. I called my insurance company and a nice representative was able to assist me and let me know that I did have fluoride covered. She then called the dental office and whoever answered the phone was rude to her and hung up after saying "okay fine" and then sent an assistant to give me the fluoride in its packaging for me to do myself. It caught me off guard because I thought they would apologize for the confusion and provide the service like they had done last time. (Again why I knew my insurance covered fluoride because I got my cleaning there 6 months ago and they told me it was covered and they applied the fluoride to my teeth.) I unfortunately cannot recommend going here due to its quality of costumer service and lack of professionalism.

I live with gastroparesis and GERD, two chronic digestive conditions that affect nearly every part of my daily life. Gastroparesis means my stomach doesn't empty the way it should. Food sits there too long, causing constant nausea, bloating, pain, and exhaustion. GERD is chronic acid reflux, where stomach acid repeatedly flows back up into the esophagus. It burns. It damages tissue. And while most people think of heartburn, they don't realize how destructive that acid can be over time. Night after night, while I'm asleep, that acid creeps upward. It erodes enamel. It weakens teeth. It undoes years of careful brushing, flossing, and trying to do everything "right."
